I was thinking about a new car and went to Denny Menholt Honda to take a look. While there, someone asked if we had been helped and I replied no. When the salesman came out I thought, "Here we go." I told him I was looking not buying today and he told me to come and see if I had questions. After looking I went in to find Chris and asked him a few questions. He was never pushy, like other car salesmen, and just answered my questions and offered other information. The next day I called and put down a deposit and love my 2022 Pilot. Thanks Chris and Denny Menholt. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here while on vacation when we unexpectedly had to purchase a new vehicle. The manager, sales consultant and finance guy we worked with were all very kind, honest and informative. They listened to our wants and helped us meet our needs; their customer service truly exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely do business with them again in the future, even though we live out of state. Be sure to ask for Christopher; he was wonderful to work with and was also really great with our kids. If you are having difficult time finding rental cars and not break the bank in the process, then you are at the right place! They have new inventory and prices are great compared to others. Chris was amazing, he called to let me know that the car was ready and we were even able to pick it up before the reserved time. Overall great experience and I will definitely rent from here in the future!

I recently bought a used car with the help of Chris Martinez. He was wonderful to work with, listened to what I needed and found a good fit for me. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. He made the whole process very easy. Bob DeBell was also very helpful in explaining the warranties and helping me with the financing details. All the staff were pleasant, responsive and helpful. A really great experience here. After searching many dealers in a couple towns, this was the best. Made arrangements over the phone, drove 1.5 hours each way to get the car. Chris was fantastic on every level! Highly recommend! Will likely buy all my cars from him.

I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt, so I don't write negative reviews unless it was truly a terrible experience. Be careful buying anything used from this dealership. Get it checked out by someone other than their "mechanics." Bought an older, but low mileage vehicle from them a few months back. Salesmen were accommodating to my schedule since I was coming from out of town, which I appreciate. Buying process was a breeze as I paid all cash. Was assured multiple times how the vehicle was 100% ready to go and the mechanics approved it as an excellent vehicle, as they don't normally sell older vehicles. Vehicle drove well and I did the normal checks an amateur, on the street mechanic can do and everything was spiffied up and looked great. Drove it a couple hours home, next morning, coolant all over the ground. Took it into my local trusted mechanics and low and behold, they recommended $6000+ in repairs for multiple leaks and other significant issues that jeopardized the vehicle's and passengers' safety. Was told by my mechanics that it was evident the issues had been intentionally covered up and temporarily masked. Just horrible and violating. To DM Honda's credit, and the reason I gave this review an additional star, is they agreed to cover a piece of the repair costs to get the vehicle at least safe to drive again. Rest I was on the hook for. Understandable if you know Montana law, but appreciated the owned up to their mistake at least a little bit. Also, their paperwork folks screwed up the title process when buying it from the previous owner, so I needed multiple trips into the County Treasurer to get the vehicle registered. Wish I could get my time back for that, but oh well. I have the vehicle in good shape now and love the thing, just wish they would have been honest through the process and done their due diligence to make sure they put a safe vehicle on the road. Be careful with this dealership, I cannot stress that enough.

This was by far the easiest and quickest car buying experience We have ever had! The entire staff was kind professional! The whole process only took a couple hours from start to finish! Chris Martinez there as amazing! I would definitely recommend him and this dealership!
