Ok. I have been dealing with Della in Plattsburgh for a good while now. I have leased 5 vehicles from them and I haven't been disappointed yet. I want to take a moment and mention some great people to deal with when you get there. ALL OF THEM. Specifically Rob the one who sold me my 2022 Ridgeline and Wayne the the General Manager. They are Fantastic to deal with. I recommend you go and see them specifically to get your next vehicle. I also would also like to give credit to Jarrod and Kaitlyn in service who always provide great customer service when the wife and I go there. The service this place provide is nothing I am used to from any other dealer. The service and customer care is Impeccable and greatly appreciated. You will not be disappointed when you go there. We recently purchased a new to us Honda Pilot and worked primarily with Ben and also with Rob I believe. We absolutely love working with Ben, he is fair and honest and has an awesome personality! My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle on a camping trip very unexpected..(it was raining) and are VERY happy with it!! We would highly recommend stopping into Della of Plattsburgh because thanks to Larry, Mitchel, Sam, and Riley they made our stop and transaction easy, & fast, PLUS they were very friendly! As my lease was running out, I started looking for a new vehicle. I had looked all over, but just wasn't finding anything. I then came across the Honda Ridgeline at this dealership! I also started working with Ben Bradford and I was blown away. He is by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered or worked with. I explained exactly what I wanted and Ben got right to work. They didn't have what I wanted on their lot, but this didn't stop Ben. Within a few hours I had a message from Ben stating he found the truck I wanted!! I was over the moon!! As soon as it hit the lot I had a picture if it!! It was the easiest smoothest process dealing with Ben!! I couldn't recommend him anymore and I am enjoying my new ride more then I could have imagined!!! 5 stars isn't enough!!!

My boyfriend and I went in for our 2 PM appointment to test drive a 2019 Honda Civic we had been texting a rep about. After our 2 hour drive, we went in and Ben said he would get the person we had booked the appt with. Jessie (our rep) told Ben “I’m obviously with someone. You take them or tell them to leave.” We were excited to learn that Ben would be helping us instead of sending us home. The car we were scheduled to see was sold and Ben told us that it can happen in 2 minutes after I had explained how we drove 2 hours. We still wanted a vehicle, so we stayed optimistic. We got to test drive 2 vehicles and planned on purchasing one. We gave Ben our information and he said “I need an answer within 2 minutes or else I’m losing 15 people.” Naturally, we decided to leave and go where we felt appreciated. Ben was extremely unfriendly also and acted like we were burdensome. It was an overall disheartening experience for something as exciting as buying a new car. Lucky for us, Michael from Della Kia was able to get us our car from the Honda lot and he got to take it home same day! Thanks so much Michael- do better Honda.

Have purchased my last three vehicles from Ben Bradford . Hell of a good salesman gets to the point feel he gave me great deals . And the follow up service with him is outstanding. Will recommend and use him In the future.
