Taking your car in for service is never really a delight, but the team at Hobbs is always really friendly and welcoming. As I waited for my car service to be finished up, I could overhear their morning group meeting. The messaging was so positive. They really want the day to run well and the customers to be treated great. When I moved to Milwaukee, so happy I found this place to take good care of my car :-)

I bought used from Hobbs, our 'in the neighborhood' dealer - I could walk there. I went because we have a history with Hobbs - we've bought three new Hondas there over the years. They happened to have a vehicle I was interested in - along with every other dealer in SE Wisconsin - who doesn't have a used Caravan on the lot? Anyway, this one was a viable selection as viewed online. I must have considered a dozen different vehicles, this was one of two I finally visited. Fine showroom and test drive experience, very comfortable sales rep. No 'on the floor' pressure to negotiate NOW and decide before you get away (an old time favorite dealer technique - never happened to us at Hobbs). Unlike the new car purchases, this one did come down to a protracted (text message) negotiation. At least I was home for it, not watching Luke walk back and forth to the office, etc. In the end, after some angst, we settled half way between their price and my offer, everybody was happy. Great car so far, 5 days into new ownership. Thank you Luke and Hobbs Inc.

The current market for Honda Odysseys is crazy. I worked with a fantastic salesman named Jake. He found a great Odyssey for me. He actually kept my info and reached out to me several times over a 2 month period. I desired to purchase with cash and a trade. I don't take spending $40k lightly. Found out before purchasing that wheel locks and paint protection were added to the car. This was a 2022 with 15k miles. "Paint protection". These "accessories" added up to about $1k. I'm sure many will just sign and make their payments, but as a cash payer no thanks. Of course I expect tax, title, license but accessories? This is a shameful tactic. This allows them to come out cheaper online. Allows them to get you in the door. It's wrong. Very wrong. I'm not suggesting that you don't do business with Hobbs, but rather call ahead and find out what extra you may be paying for. This applies to all dealers. It is up to us the consumer to stop this practice. We can stop it by not purchasing the cars with these "accessories." Please watch what you are paying for folks, don't just sign the papers.

Joe was very professional and made the experience very nice. Excellent car with all needed maintenance provided. Only reason for the four stars is because of some of the frivolous fees they tacked on. Some of which, including wheel locks, they did not even have for the make I bought yet I was still charged them anyways. They wouldn’t even fill up the gas tank after I bought it… All in all a nice experience though and I would recommend working with Joe if you are looking for someone very professional.

I recently purchased my first vehicle from here and the whole experience was amazing. I went in with the intentions of just looking but quickly the guys here put my mind at ease with any questions, concerns or anxieties I had about about buying a car. This is a one stop shop, everything was taken care for me, and I was able to drive off the lot within a few hours after coming in. I want to personally thank Alvaro for being so nice and personable with not only myself but with my Dad too. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for a better first car buying experience. I also would like to thank Brad and Chaka for also helping me along with the process. Thanks again guys!

I had purchased a 2022 Honda Accord about 6 months ago and the process was super easy, hassle free. My vehicle at the 6 month mark of ownership was involved in a hit and run accident. Called Luke and Bobby at David Hobbs Honda and the service they provided getting me back on the road in a new 2022 Honda Accord was second to none. Luke even helped me out returning my rental by giving me a ride back to the dealership while Bobby was doing all the financial paperwork. This is service you don’t find anywhere anymore! Perfect

Worst dealer ever, anywhere. My wife had a Honda Odyssey that needed a new transmission. They replaced it. The car never worked properly again. She took it back multiple times to repair the repair. Finally, after they were threatened with legal action, they bought the car back from us. They did an electrical repair on my Accord Hybrid. A few months later, I noticed that the seat heaters didn't work. Another shop found that the connections for the heaters had been disconnected inside the console. He reattached them, but the repair cost almost $300. I asked Hobbs to pay this, because they were obviously responsible. They refused because they claimed they had not opened the console during their repair. But no one else had ever done an electrical repair on the car. I needed a new backup camera for the Accord. I called them to get the part number, part cost, and installation cost. I found the OEM part online for more than $100 less than they quoted. I did the repair myself in about 15 minutes. They had quoted around $180 in labor for this 15 minute repair. Avoid them.

Our sales representative was awesome. He was very patient with my older Aunt, he answered any questions we had and he provided excellent service to us. For our next purchase it will definitely be with David Hobbs Honda for sure. Everyone was such sweethearts.
