I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. Susan Hair was the most understanding and hardworking saleslady I have met in a long time. She has been in the business for a good number of years, so she knew her stuff. She went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience easy and low stress. I was parting with my dad's car as a trade in and she went to the extent of moving all items I had in my dad's car to my new purchase. It removed all emotional anxiety I would have had if I had to do it myself. Go to her if you want to purchase from this dealership. The finance (Quanda) and management offices were also very kind and considerate of my choices for extended insurance and so on. Not too long ago I went through a horrible experience at another dealership. This was like a breath of fresh air. No pushing, no extended sales talking sessions to exhaust you so you just say "yes" to get out of the office. All around a very pleasurable purchasing event.

Service was so great! We found the car we wanted but I dragged my feet on making a decision. I was so bummed but Mike found the same car and got it delivered so we could buy it! We LOVE our new Honda Pilot Trailsport! Mike, Ralph and the whole team at Darrell Waltrip Honda are amazing!

I just bought my son a new Civic SI. I drove 2 and a half hours to the dealership. It was worth it! I've bought several cars in the past and this was my best experience of them all. Dealing with entire staff was a true pleasure. Adam Bozeman was my sales rep and he called me 5 times updating me on the order and arrival date of the car. Mike and Taye were incredible! I told my wife after we left the dealership that this was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. It’s been almost 5 months since I bought my 2022 Honda Civic Si in a Beautiful Sonic Gray Pearl from Richard. We took it for a quick spin very enjoyable vehicle. After driving almost 12,000 miles on it and taking to the Tail of the Dragon twice, thank you Richard for keeping me updated on my order for the couple of months it took. Definitely worth the wait!!!!
