Stay clear of this service department, all of their service departments to be honest. Bought a car less than a year ago and its been a constant nightmare. 4 visits to fix a brake squeal on the new brakes they installed? Absolutely insane. Was told a new battery was installed when I bought it. Come to find out they installed a used battery that is older than the actual car. Got 9 months out of it before I replaced it and found out why my "new" battery died. When trying to call about it, no one answers, or they send you to random voicemails and you never get a call back. If they could own up to their mistakes and fix them it would be one thing, blatantly avoiding someone is another game in itself. Customer service gets a 0
