This post is specifically about the service center. I brought my Honda Pilot in because I was having issues with the audio system, and the system was subject to a recall. My audio system was malfunctioning as described in the recall notice I got in the mail. When it was time to pick up the car I was told they reset the audio system but did not perform the recall work. I asked why and was told that I described my problem as the system cutting out often and with lots of static. They said in order to receive the recall work I had to use the words "popping or cracking". Essentially, I didn't say the magic word so they didn't perform the service. I told them it was doing all those things and they should perform the recall work. They said I would have to make an appointment and come back again the next day. Very annoying but not finished. That evening I start to drive back to the dealership to drop the car off for the next day and I notice people flashing their lights at me. My headlights were turned off. I always leave the switch in auto so I don't need to think about it, but for some reason while it was in the service center for the audio issue, they turned the switch to off. Again not critical, but not very professional. The car should be returned in the same state it was given to them, especially when it comes to safety items. Lastly and WORST of all, after picking up the car the second time when they finally performed the recall work on the audio system, I was still having the same problems, in fact within a few days it was worse than it was originally. No longer trusting this service center I brought it to another Honda dealership. They checked it out and said "the dealer who did this audio worked MISSED A STEP OR TWO". The problem is now fixed (thanks to a different dealership)but this experience, between not saying the magic word, the headlights being turned off, and most importantly not properly performing the work, is enough for me to never use this service center again.

Car shopping was a complete nightmare for me. It seemed like every dealer was taking advantage of charging thousands over the MSRP. No one wanted to talk to me and if I did get anywhere, there was no follow up, no customer service. It's quite obvious this is a seller's market and no one cares about the consumer. It's all about the dollar signs. I felt enormous pressure to provide a deposit in order to secure a car before I even met with anyone in person, most of the dealerships being pretty far away. I made an appointment to meet with a salesman at Curry, being pretty local to me, thinking it would just be another disappointment. I was wrong when I was introduced to Steve Tapia. Steve was kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I test drove a CR-V, already knowing that's what my heart was set on. Steve let me know he had the exact car I was looking for, in the color I wanted, on the way, and provided clear and fair pricing. I went in on a Tuesday and by the following Wednesday I drove off the lot in my new car. He made it so ridiculously easy and efficient. Steve is a gem and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the Curry Honda dealership.

Terrific experience with everyone at Curry Honda Yorktown. The salesman, Hitesh was an excellent person to deal and I would definitely recommend using him if you’re in the market for a new car. He went above and beyond and got us the car we wanted. Joe in the Finance department went through everything and was able to answer every question that I had.

I've been dealing with Yorktown Honda for over 20 years and 6 Honda's. Utmost professionalism, expertise and throughness, from leasing and financing to accommodating service appointments and delivering as promised. Personable guys with true heart, plus you're driving the Honda experience and reliability! Other dealerships don't hold a candle to Yorktown Honda. I wouldn't consider going somewhere else, especially for maintaining and servicing my car.
