Wonderful car buying experience here! I worked with Shawn Roberson to trade my car in for a new Honda. He was excellent. He called me and let me know what they had in stock and we set up an appointment. When I arrived, he already had the vehicle pulled up and ready to look at and drive. Full tank of gas, everything. He was extremely kind and professional and helped me with all my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the features and options I was not familiar with. He was very quick and efficient working with my bank to get all of the documents and paperwork completed and finalized. I have bought several cars in the past and I can say that this was the most seamless and easiest car-buying experience I have ever had and Shawn took care of everything for us. Went in at 730pm looking to see if they had anything in my budget. I was in a rough spot and, though my credit is great, wasn't in a position to spend a lot monthly. Cameron was very helpful and began frantically typing and checking inventory. He was very down to earth and genuinely wanted to help. Asked me what I wanted and tried multiple times to see if it was something that COULD be done, and it was! Brandon took my info, helped me with my trade, stayed till way past 9pm helping me out, and we were able to make a deal. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable. Willing to stay late to help me get into a reliable car, and they even TOPPED OFF MY TANK before I left!!! Great experience, and I would definitely shop there again!

This was a very good experience for me and my wife. We established a meeting time and date, which happened to be a Sunday when most dealers are closed. The salesperson, Keavie, and sales manager, Cameron, were prompt, professional and courteous. There were no games played and they provided me a quote for my vehicle without having it with me. I was happy with the offer and the deal for the new vehicle. The deal was closed quickly, we were in and out in just over an hour. The following day, the delivered my vehicle to my house and took possession of my trade in. My new vehicle was spotless. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car, to give Crown Honda a try.

I had great experience! My car was taken in immediately, diagnosed before the closing of the day, I loved the fact that I could text my questions or concerns. The issue was resolved, and the guys that worked on my car was respectful enough to use plastic to cover my car seat while working on it, and a paper mat to protect my carpet! I was truly impressed! It was as smooth transition!
