I am reviewing based on my experience with the service department. (Please note: the hours on Google are for sales. The service department has different hours.) Our experience with service was great. Brandon served us, was warm and gave a full explanation of all details. He was prompt to answer texts and questions. We got a full synthetic oil change (~$60) and rear brakes (~$480) on our 2009 Honda CR-V. We could have done the brakes cheaper elsewhere, but are glad to know the right ones are now installed. We will likely be back. Recommended.

This is the third time I have used Al. He has always been great. It will probably be the last time for a while as I do not plan on trading as my last two vehicles were used and this one is new and plan on keeping for a while. I am glad I purchased the 10-year extended warranty as well as this is a load off of my mind as I do not have to worry about major expenses during the life of the car. As I only drive 10 to 11 thousand miles per year the warranty made a lot of sense. As always everyone was a great help, and I was able to get all of the paperwork done with no problem.

I honestly almost didn’t buy my car because the sales associate I got was so unfriendly . There was no Hi. How are you? There was no smile. It was strictly business. Are you going to buy the car or not? Also even being a used vehicle I was surprised that it didn’t get deep cleaned. There was dog hair everywhere and the cup holders and gear shifts were gross . With that being said Derek in finance was really awesome to work with and the folks in the service department were all very nice!

Crest Honda has repeatedly failed our expectations. The service department's communication is curt at drop off. Your call/text that car is ready is delayed unless you ask for an update--then you are told its been ready for hours. Most concerning is major issues raised to technicians are blown off as if they do not exist. The only thing we can do is mention at every service so at least its on record. Additionally, the Express Service does not exist. Recently I attempted to get an oil change during a 'down hour.' Instead I was scolded for pulling into the designated lane for this service, told "this is an exit!" and patronized for assuming anyone could arrive without an appointment. The lane was not for appointments. Per Crest's website: "take advantage of our Express Service Lane for a quick oil change." This is not the case. Be prepared to be promptly dismissed. We purchased our Odyssey from Crest in 2019. This location is closest to our family but after several service visits that have taken 5+ hours for a simple oil/tire rotation this ignorant customer will be taking business elsewhere.

I probably am not allotted the amount of words I have to describe the entire experience that I had with Crest Honda. First, I would like to start by saying that I am a travel nurse and I live in Pensacola, FL. I work in Louisville, KY. My car broke down 6 lanes deep on I65 in Nashville. This was not a breakdown that had anything to do with my Honda Accord. It was from a previous oil change that just went wrong. An accidental mistake, if you will. Long story short, I initially did NOT believe Crest Honda and initially thought they perhaps, just didn't want to cover my warranty. I was 100% wrong. I spoke with many people at Crest Honda regarding this matter, but there is one single individual, Ryan Kimpton, that went above and beyond anything in his job description to make sure I was taken care of . Day one, he gave me his personal phone number and said if I needed anything at all, to call him and he would do his best to take care of it. He literally fought for me and what he knew was right from the very beginning. This is something that he absolutely did not have to do. I, unfortunately, had to have a new transmission placed in my car and ended up with a rental for 24 solid days. I probably was in contact with Ryan at least 20 of those days. He never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him, although I'm sure I was some days, and he was genuinely concerned about my situation. I do not know who needs to hear this at Crest Honda, but Ryan is top notch. If I had an award to give him, I literally 100% would. I just couldn't have made it through this entire experience without his help. He is a God send. He is rare. He simply never had to do half of the things he did for me and I will forever be grateful for/to him. I can't recommend this place enough. Consider yourself extremely lucky if you have this guy or this company in your corner. Amanda Cascone

I bought a 2022 Civic Si yesterday at Crest Honda and worked with Richard in sales and Gary in finance. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and I'd recommend Crest to ANYONE. I've had very poor previous experiences with dealerships and Crest has totally changed my perspective by proving that honest, customer-centric dealerships still exist. Richard never made me feel pressured, stayed on top of communication regarding the sale and was just a pleasure to work with. He even found the exact car I wanted in transit! Gary was a breeze to work with. He worked extremely hard to stay within my budget, and even found me a BETTER finance deal than the pre-approval from a Credit Union I walked in with. Unheard of!! He did not shotgun my credit and was very transparent about the process regarding my credit. Buy your car from Crest and you will not be disappointed.
