We have purchased several vehicles here over 30 years, most recently a Honda Ridgeline. We felt we got a very good deal, especially for the current market.

I had a bad service here today with cornhuskerhonda even though I been with them about 15 years for my honda pilot 2007, that I bought from them, I did test my remote starter and it's working good, even though my key switch could not turn , I got it towed over and had them replace new key, and swicth, change new battery, oil change, tire rotate, but when I pick up today ( after 2 weeks), I'm so disappointed my remote starter not working , I told them , and they keep saying they did not touch the remote starter, and they let me walked away with that problem they fixed my one problem and they give another one

I was able to get the exact car I wanted in a reasonable amount of time considering the inventory shortage. I am very happy with the vehicle. I was disappointed in the lack of clarity and misleading details for the "Accessories Cost" listed on top of my vehicle cost. What I believed was the installments of the upgrades between the LX and the EX models was actually a protection plan that I did not need nor would have selected to purchase. I did ask for clarity and my understanding was misled at the time of purchase. When I asked after the purchase was made if a refund for the 360 Plan was possible, I was told that a refund was not possible. I was disappointed greatly by this and it diminished the purchase I had worked so hard for over 15 years. I learned from this and would refer to Lincoln or Omaha Honda dealerships for a Honda purchase at this point and going forward.
