I brought my car to this dealership to do one simple thing, get my tire pressure checked. It’s something I’ve done a couple other times before and it’s usually a process that’s done fairly quickly. Little did I know, I’d be leaving with a loaner car due to damage that was done to my car in the 5 minutes it was in Hondas possession. The service manager approached me in the waiting area, along with the guy I gave my car to, to tell me they had damaged my car. He then proceeded to ask me a few questions and tell me that the car would have to be taken to a body shop and that Honda would cover the cost. A simple tire pressure check, turned into putting me in a loaner car while it takes about 1 week and a half to repair my car, for the damage they caused. The service manager was very apologetic, but the guy that damaged my car couldn’t say a word to me. No apology. Nothing. Needless to say, I will never be bringing my car here for service after today. Is this how carelessly a customers car is treated here? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great service. Bill was extremely helpful, answered every question, and checked in with me after my appointment. Walking out and seeing my vehicle had been washed made my day because my former dealership quit giving car washes a long time ago. From buying my vehicle to getting it serviced, Community Honda has been great!

I was very impressed with their ability to work with me on the trade-in value of my vehicle. After we came to an agreement on that, the buying process of my new Honda Odyssey Elite was seamless. They even helped me renew my expired license plates (that I had not noticed!) and removed my vehicle windshield tax sticker and put it on the new car. It's the little thoughtful things that make a big difference. Overall I was very pleased. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Was helped by Stefan, he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Did not end up purchasing a vehicle but overall a very pleasant experience and I recommend Community Honda to anyone that is looking for a reliable, car that is built to last. (My '03 accord had almost 300k miles before I had to retire it due to an accident a few years back)
