I have never had a faster car buying experience. I worked with David and Lacy. I told them I had a work emergency and I only had x amount of time to get stuff done. Not only was I done in enough time, I was done early so I didn't have to rush to my job. I didn't feel like anyone was wasting my time. We had an excellent experience at Coeur d'Alend Honda. We had to order our new car since supply was very limited for a new 2023 Honda CRV. Mike and Dave started the process for us when we reserved our car. Anton was absolutely fantastic the day we came in to pick up our vehicle. He was very friendly and thorough, and our pickup experience was better than expected. Lacy in finance finished the transaction in a friendly, quick and efficient manner. We did it again, David & Deb you Rock! We Leased a new Ridgeline from CD’A Honda. Dave the sales associate was extremely informative in regards to all the options. We were offered a fair value on our trade, they complimented us on the cleanliness(said he had recently seen one that look like a grade school lunch room floor) and wanted Us to trade, unfortunately our kids needed it for transportation. It was definitely worth a drive from Spokane, WA to Little Coeur d’Alene Idaho for the Lifetime warranty. We put well over 250k miles on our previous vehicles it very valuable to have. Deb, she was ok too! CD’A Honda where Quality customer service still exists.

The post-COVID world of purchasing a new car has completely changed due to supply chain disruptions and ongoing chip shortages. Car dealers no longer have a robust array of new cars sitting on their lots for you to chose from. Instead, you do your research, put down a deposit, and wait for delivery. The process is different but it’s not all bad. Our Cd’A Honda salesman Marcus who helped us order and deliver our 2023 CRV EX-L is a customer service super-star who hand-held us through the whole process. Business manager Lacy was also awesome in sharing all the options and assisting with registration (without having to go to DMV hell). This is our third new car purchased from Coeur d’Alene Honda and we are very pleased. Thanks Marcus!

We worked with David on buying a new car recently and he was awesome! He gave us all of our options, never pushed us towards anything, and if we didn’t like something he found something else that fit our wants. He also kept us updated weekly on the order/build status of our car. The entire staff there was great too, our entire experience was very pleasant (and that’s with our 3 year old in tow) they were all very kid friendly and understanding when our kiddo got loose a couple of times.
