I bought a car here recently and my experience was excellent. They exceeded my expectations in every way. My salesperson, Elaine, was kind, professional and upfront through the whole process. She made the whole process easy and as stress free as possible. I would recommend Cleo Bay Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. They made the process easy and there was never any pressure to buy from them. They take care of everything and I will definitely be back.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with not only Cleo Bay Honda, but with their staff as well. I want to give a huge shout out to 2 specific employees, Ross and Joann. Ross has set the bar high when it comes to customer service. He went over items that needed to be done with our van and went over which things took the highest priority. He was never pushy for me to any of it but kept my safety at the top of his list. Ross always had a smile regardless of if it was over the phone or in person. His team worked quickly to get my vehicle back to me. I have so many great things to say about Joann from the rental department. Joann has the biggest heart and is truly passionate about her job and who she works for. Not only was she able to keep a conversation going throughout the rental process, but she was very knowledgeable about the rental she was giving me. She was very clear about the rental contract and answered all of my questions. Joann is a prime example of amazing customer service. Thank you, Cleo Bay Honda, for always taken care of us.

Immediately entering the service station, I was told by a male rep (No Welcoming at all/No other customer in the separate station) to go to customer service across the service parking area. Walked in again no welcoming of any kind, stood there for maybe 4-6 minutes while reps were talking, others crowded in the office directly behind the customer service desk. A man from the service bay walked in the door, stood at the desk. We made eye contact then I approached him on my own (again no welcome). I was there for a simple oil change, & explained that initially, of course up sale occurred multiple times. I was told the wait time for service was 2 hours (I was the only vehicle parked outside). Waited of course, then another male approached me about a possible fault with the battery during waiting, he was much more customer service oriented & friendly. He later called me letting me know my car was ready, again very polite individual. To make things short himself & the cashier (female) were very friendly & brought the Honda customer service I was used to. I’ve been in & out of this location for at least 10 years. If it weren’t for those 2 individuals the experience would have been completely bad. I wish I could remember their names so they could be properly recognized for bringing the TRUE customer service experience.

I had a very pleasant experience with the entire staff today. From start to finish, they where very happy, helpful and did a fabulous job. I will continue to always make my purchases at Cleo Bay Honda due to there excellent, experienced service they provided me. I'll never Firestone again. First, these guys are so kind. Firestone thought my coolant was leaking, had me in a panic... I walk into Honda (again in a panic) and they were able to almost immediately check my car (seriously took about 10 minutes). Firestone also spilled oil all over my car, which Honda cleaned up. Now that wasn't a full service appointment... A few months later, I did get a service appointment. That took all day, but they were able to shuttle me (and my toddler+car seat) home and back when the car was done. It took a lot longer than expected, which was a bummer, but the shuttle worked perfectly. Plus they washed my car when it was done. Then today I had a part come in, the appointment took about an hour and it was under warranty. At this point, the members remembered me and my daughter. They were super kind and everything was free (under warranty). Also they washed my car again, I'm a happy Honda driver!

Everyone at my Honda location is always friendly and helpful. I have taken my vehicle for regular maintenance work for the last 2 years, and it's always quick and easy. I have the Honda Care package, so it has saved me a lot of hassle by not having to put money aside for repairs or maintenance work. I'll be sad when it expires. This last time would have cost me over $200 in maintenance repairs, but it was all covered. Definitely was worth getting. I will continue to bring my vehicle in to Honda just because they make it so easy and stress free.

Elaine at Cleo Bay Honda is amazing! She went above and beyond for me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and made the sales experience super easy. She is also friendly, warm, and engaging. I would recommend Cleo Bay to anyone looking for a new vehicle and if you are, it's an absolute must that you work with Elaine! I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could!

Cleo Bay is the best place to buy a car, and Elaine Smith is the Salesperson you want to ask for. Super friendly, straight forward and very accommodating. No place else easier to by a car from. Happy to be back as a Cleo Bay customer and loving our 2022 Pilot Black Edition!
