Andrae was an amazing salesman! Prior to our appointment, he had fantastic communication via email. We were looking for better family vehicles for my husband and I. At our appointment he worked with us to find the perfect vehicles for our needs and wants. He was super patient with our kiddos interrupting the process and even after a long day at the dealership, they all left happily. Honda worked to meet our desired payments. Even though I went in with a pre approval from my bank, they were able to find and get us a better interest rate and terms. The vehicle I purchased needed to be detailed so they let me keep my original trade in for a few days while they have my new vehicle detailed and ready to take home. Andrae truly went above and beyond for us!

I'd love to thank everyone at Honda. The guy who sold me my car a few months ago, to now CODY at the service department who's fixing my car. I hit a raccoon and tore up a few things under the hood. Cody went the extra mile and communicated with me every time I called. He helped me get through with my horrible insurance company who wouldn't communicate with me. Jackie made my buying experience such a smooth and easy process she knew exactly what she was doing and guided me through I was in & out ! I told her exactly what I was looking for and what payment I wanted to be at ! She went Above & BEYOND to make sure I was happy with getting into my newer vehicle with no pressure and helping me get what I wanted for my trade as well! This was our second purchase with Honda in midland! There are no words I can use to explain how amazing Raul and his team are!! Raul made an impossible situation into a reality for my family and I!! From start to finish they educated guided and were beyond patient! We were not a file or just walking dollar signs. The treated us like family!! I am forever grateful for them! Sydney was beyond patient and was just top notch! They will forever be our go to no questions asked!! And Mr. Joey if you are reading this Raul needs a raise lol he was beyond amazing , his customer service his management skills and over all people skills is incredible!!

I am giving this a five star simply because Tom was amazing with us! While we were waiting for info, he talked with us, told us some of his stories! No awkward moment with him! Really good customer service! The only person I had a problem with was Raul. In my understanding he’s the manager? I didn’t like the way he was talking to Tom. Especially in front of us. He was rude to Tom, and it seemed like it was only towards Tom because he was nice and outgoing with the other employees. If Tom is new, it’s okay for him to be slower than the others, as he is learning. It’s okay for him to ask questions as well because he’s learning. There was no reason for Raul to be rude to him. Please better yourself.

Andrae Wright is the BEST! He got us into a vehicle we needed and got us out of a bad situation with our current one! He is hilarious and makes the whole process quick and easy! Highly recommend him!
