This was without a doubt the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. I began the process by inquiring about a vehicle I saw online. I received a prompt response from Martha. I emailed many other dealerships but most of them would not commit to an out the door price. Martha was more than happy to provide me with any and all information I requested. Their out the door price was above and beyond my expectations…especially in this market. Their price was not matched by any of the other Honda dealers I reached out to. They use “sonic pricing” which basically does the local market research for you I order to come up with a more than competitive price. I live in Kern county and I easily saved over 2,000 dollars by driving to Carson Honda. I quickly made an appointment for the following day. I was met by Tim and Efren who represented Honda extremely well. They were courteous, helpful, and did not attempt to sell me anything beyond what I asked for. From the time I arrived to the time I was out the door with my new Pilot was less than a hour and a half. If you are in the market for a new or used Honda you will not be disappointed with their service, pricing, and willingness to get you the best deal they can. I spend a month researching and pricing dealerships for the car I wanted. I could have saved tons of time if I had found Carson Honda first. Do yourself a favor and get over there for the best deal around.

I’m creating a new review based on my last two visits. Whenever I go to get my car serviced I always make an appointment and in the past received quick efficient service. Sadly, something has gone wrong. My visit today and in July were not great. Today I waited for 40 minutes for a service adviser to come to my car. I saw at least 8 cars lined up behind me.Then I waited another hour for my car to be finished for a simple transmission fluid change. Whoever is responsible for setting the appointments is creating chaos. You cannot schedule multiple cars for the same time. How can anything be accomplished in a reasonable time? Also, some of the employees just seem to sit around and do nothing to fix the wait or communicate to the customers while we wait. Many are just standing around texting while the line gets longer. This dealership moves too slow and has no organization. I will not be back again because of this.
