Looked at a SUV this morning about 9:30 sent a email asking about availability within 5 minutes Mr.Richie was calling to answer all my questions. Told him I wasn’t able to get by till late afternoon. Did everything he could to make appointment go by as fast and easily as possible. Walked right in they gave me keys to test drive and inspected my trade in. Gave me a very generous offer on my trade in and within 62 minutes. I was done with paperwork and leaving out in a new suv!

After speaking with Jacob Elsmore over the phone for a few days about a Ridgeline that was in stock, my wife and I decided to drive 7.5 hours to go get it. We drove all the way from SW Louisiana and passed many Honda dealerships to purchase a ‘22 Ridgeline. We had called many different dealerships and were really not happy with our experience and pricing some dealerships were doing with the limited stock everyone is experiencing. I was a bit nervous that after driving all that way we would arrive and get the run around or have them back tracking on things we had spoken about. Both my wife and I were very impressed with how courteous everyone was. The process was better than I expected, and they followed through 100% with everything we spoke about. We were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time, and our finance guy, Tim Bailey, was very nice and professional as well. Knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns we might have had, no pressure as he walked us through the entire deal. We have been costumers at Hogan Honda since the beginning. I just bought a used 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab Truck. I had been looking at this style truck for months and this deal was too good to pass up! Richie was awesome with his walk-around video, pictures of every ding and dent, and as accurate a description that a salesman could give, and kept in regular contact with me to update me on the availability of this particular vehicle. Chris in finance worked extra hard to get me a rate and price that was right for me. He went through 4 different banks and had 2 different finance options for me to chose when I got there. I wouldn’t give it a 1 if I could. The attitudes were nasty and they were so hateful. Wouldn’t buy a car here for anything. Will not be back. They said I was 10 thousand down in negative equity. Do not go here. They have hateful attitudes.
