I could not get a straight answer out of them. All I wanted was a offer on my car and I couldn't even get that. Needed my life story and the car I wanted which they had a few I liked, before I could get an offer. Is it really that hard to give someone an offer on their trade in before you pick a car.

Last month I went to have Leads investigate several clunking noises my Pilot was making. This was my third time at the dealer in a short time span. First for differential services - the Second - a noise and mangled and improper closing of a bottom shield. In this second visit they also had to redo the front differential service that was previously done in the prior visit. The third visit was for a series of more noises - clunking etc and a maintenance light that came on. I sat in the dealer for over two hours with my self being ill and my sick cat - (emergency vet trip) When my truck finally went in, I was told that the noise was caused by a flashlight, and I was given some serious attitude and comments by the tech I was dealing with. The flashlight excuse was honestly garbage. The attitude and comments- Unprofessional to an extreme level. They didn't even reset the maintenance light. Not one bit of effort here folks. The noises are still happening and getting worse. I went in the next day and spoke to the service manager. Yes, I was angry, and I got the point across. We setup a day to for me to come in and take a Tech out on a drive to find the noises. I had to cancel the last appointment due to illness. I have not been contacted for a follow up, I have not contacted Leads, nor will I in the future Leads you have lost a customer. I will NEVER be back!

I wouldn’t buy from here again. In less than 30 days my battery died (which they clearly didn’t check before selling the car), it’s making a loud sound when i brake, and the car was allegedly detailed yet was absolutely filthy when i got it. Very disappointing.

Overall this has been an amazing experience. I worked with Vinny Zumpano and he is very open about the whole car buying process. As well as Jim Shamis doing the finance side of the deal. Both of these 2 stayed late to finish the deal so I could take the car the same night. If you are gonna buy a car from LeadCar Honda make sure you ask for Vinny.
