Got awesome service on my Venza. In search of a new truck. The Ridgeline is the most comfortable ride ever! Definitely getting one when we find the right color. The guy who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable about vehicles.

The salesperson was very nice and upfront about the trade-in and availability of other vehicles. They offered a few options, too. They charge $1,400ish for roof rack as "an option" for CR-V you can't opt out of. Otherwise, you will have to choose something close to that price range. And they also have $1,000 fee called (adjusted market value) on top of that. True: it's not $2,500 from your neighboring Toyota dealer but, guys, you are not that far off with your AMV plus "accessories".

Bought used 60000 miles engine blew less than a month warranty company didn't honer warranty dealership did for more money for engine with more miles. Then it over heated again because they didn't fix the problem witch warped the head so they replaced the fan and just let it be more it blow again barley made it a year. Also left skid plate off and hose supports undone!!!

Test drove a car on Saturday had my credit ran was told the financial company they used had their computers go down and they wouldn't be able to finish until Monday. Never received a phone call Monday or at all and found out they sold the car. I'll never be back. Poor customer service and a hit to my credit for nothing.

This is the worst car dealership I ever been to I don’t know where they get there car salesmen at bought the one I dealt with was the most rudest person. They acted like I wasn’t good even to buy a car little did they know I went down the road to Kia and bought a 22 k5 gt line with all the bells and whistles they need to teach there sales people some respect never would I recommend them horrible. I guess they didn’t think I was able to buy a new vehicle boy was they wrong very good credit and financially secure.

Purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer. 2006 Nissan Pathfinder And 2 2018 Honda CR-Vs. Sales department is helpful, polite, and most of all, honest. Service department offers free carwashes and multipoint inspections for cars purchased at the dealer. Service department is honest and respectful. They will absolutely not try to force you to buy something. Highly recommended. These guys you can trust.

They are real good about there recalls and when you take your vehicle in they will shuttle you back to your desk and pick you up to get your vehicle. Overall to me there over a 10 .
