I purchased a used Honda Odyssey minivan in May 2022. Found the deal online and photos were not even posted yet. Inquired immediately and was sent a text with photos. Being four hours away I offered to put a deposit on the van because it was a great deal, and I would have to take off work to go purchase it. Was told that wasn't necessary but was told later that someone was coming to look at it. Thankfully they didn't purchase it. Upon arriving at the dealership, I noticed the window sticker price was $1000 lower. I asked why and was told it was a market adjustment. In one day? Find that hard to believe and thought they should have honored that price. They didn't and it was still a good deal. After taking the car home I discovered that the cruise control didn't engage, the cd player would only eat the cd's and the back passenger door lock didn't work. I also discovered dirty compartments and the numerous personal items left in the vehicle. I think the cleaning detail people did a poor job. I expected a bit more from the inspection team, I guess. On the upside to this review, they obviously did any required engine maintenance and put a new set of Michilin tires on it. It runs like a Honda should. Also, my staff experience was great. Friendly and nice people. Three stars because they lost two over the lack of cleaning and not catching the problems that should have been fixed. My family and I have purchased many cars from Honda dealers, and they have always been flawless. Can't say that this time. Thanks for reading and take your time inspecting the vehicle.

definitely recommend talking with Alicia! contacted her 2-3 days before my purchase and she was ALWAYS available to answer my questions any time of the day throughout the entire process! she made the car buying process SOOO much fun and easy. i love my civic and i love the excellent work she does! 10/10 recommend!!

Customer service is NOT their thing at all. The general manager was very rude. When I advised him that he was rude and proceeded to ask for a number to corporate he hang up the phone in my face. It’s sad that you spend your hard earned money purchasing a car and when something goes wrong they won’t even offer a resolution. The guy basically called me a liar when I know there was no hole in my tire prior to bringing my car there. 0/100, would not recommend anyone spend their money here on a car.

Waste of time, me and my girlfriend traveled 2 hours and left work early just to go get her a car. The GM pre qualified her credit app to be able to lease a car and for the lease special (lease special doesn’t mean jack btw) after 2 hours and doing some negotiation, GM came out to say she’s not qualified. Given the fact that I called and asked them to confirm that she was qualified (confirmed with them 3 times on phone). I told them she was a first time car buyer and just wanted to make sure that she was 100% actually qualified before we make the 2 hour trip. Got the okay 3 times, GM told me he only looked at her credit score and saw that she had really good credit so he immediately thought she was good. This is why I called and wanted to confirm with them 3 times if she actually qualified to lease a car given that she’s a first time car buyer, even though she has really good credit. Waste of both of our times and would not recommend this store to anyone
