We went in on Saturday morning for an oil change. We have been here several times. We we're greeted warmly by one of the mechanics and he told us that someone would be with us shortly. We were greeted by the service center rep. Carl Washington, and he was the best. He checked to confirm if, all of our free oil changes had been used and brought a copy for me to see. He offered other discount options to me. While, we waited my daughter saw a Honda Accord that she liked and wanted to see it. 🙂 She doesn't even have a driver's license yet. Anyway, we were greeted in the showroom by one of the gentleman that works there. He said he wasn't a salesman but, he introduced us to James Spears. He was awesome. We looked at the Honda Pilot and he introduced us to the Honda Pilot Black Edition. It's very nice. I told him once, we are ready to buy that we will come see him. It didn't take long for our oil change to be done, about an hour or so. I would recommend coming here to see what's available.
Went in yesterday, 2/16/22, to finish the paperwork for my niece on her 2022 Honda Civic, and ended up rolling out with a 2022 Civic Touring for our daughter as well! Ms. Awesome, Andrea Kaus, is hands down the most amazing salesperson ever! She made the experience for both kiddos absolutely painless! She is knowledgeable, and shoots from the hip! Tim in finance was easy to work with and happy to help. Mr. Warren has an amazing crew that strives to serve every person with respect, and truly treats you like family. We can’t thank y’all enough for everything you did yesterday!!

I had a great experience at Bryan Honda! My first good experience here in NC at a Honda dealership. Garrett was the best person to work with. He was honest, professional and literally spent HOURS of his time with me he worked with me for 2 weeks and was always on top of things. Tim in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made the process as smooth as possible and in a timely manner. Overall the entire staff was very friendly and professional. I don’t plan on ever going anywhere else. Thank you to everyone who helped me walk out with my dream car. You all are very much appreciated!

I had 100,000 mile scheduled service done on my 2012 honda odyssey which includes replacing timing belt and water pump and spark plugs. I specifically requested three times for them to leave my old parts in my car so i know for a fact they were replaced. They called me to pick up right before closing and requested parts were not left in my car. and the 1 person there that took my payment said he didn't know anything about my parts(all very suspicious). He stated the serial numbers for the new parts are on my invoice but not much use to me since I have no way of checking the serial numbers for the parts already in my car. I emailed the woman helping me earlier that day and she said she is sure the parts are there somewhere and I can pick them up tomorrow, which is all well and good but now I have no way of knowing if the parts I will be picking up are actually from my car or just parts they had lying around. I will not be coming here again as this whole experience was very suspicious and frustrating especially since I spent 1700 dollars for this service and have no proof anything was done.

I brought a New Honda CR-V from this location. Terrell helped me very well. He is kind and generous. The dealership charged extra $2995(dealer add-on’s) on MSRP and what they offered(added on my vehicle) is not even worth $500. Dear dealer, this is not at all good. Don’t try to loot the people in this way. I would have been happier if you have provided me with the accessories worth $2995. New buyers from this location, please be aware and ask them upfront for the add-on’s.
Customer Service here is fantastic, especially Darren our service advisor. I had some vehicle issues with our Honda and they fixed them, keeping me informed every step of the way. I had one problem that they were unable to find the issue for and took it out of state. We had problems getting it to a dealership but once there Bryan Honda stepped in and helped cover most of the cost. We decided to get a new vehicle and they worked with us to get above what we wanted and stayed late so my husband could come in after work. Thanks to Anthony and the finance manager, we were in and out in less than 1.5 hours.
