Absolute best service my family has ever received! The salesman Ahamed AKA AC is the greatest salesman I've ever dealt with! He purchased my mom a drink out of the vending machine before he even knew that she was going to be approved to purchase the car. Now if that's not customer service I don't know what it is? This guy deserves a raise and a promotion! Everyone there was extremely kind and they got everything done quickly. The vehicle repurchased was detailed nicely and they filled up the tank with gas for us.

A five star experience! This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Wendy. She made it so easy to do business with Brown Honda by doing all negotiations over the phone, so I only came to the dealership to take delivery on each vehicle since I live an hour away. Recently it has been difficult to get new vehicles in a timely manner and we got an estimate of 4 months to take delivery on a new Civic Hatchback. Wendy called me and said that they had someone cancel their order which could improve our timing. We wanted a specific color different than the one they had on order so they searched the database and found a dealer willing to trade colors so we could get it sooner. The 4 month estimate was shortened to a couple of weeks which caught us by surprise. Nobody in my household was available to drive me to pick up the new car on such short notice so Wendy arranged for the courtesy driver to bring me to Brown Honda. We are now happy owners of two Honda cars - big thank you to Wendy and the entire team at Brown Honda

All the higher end customer service is present , thats true. However I'm never left feeling good about my interactions with the sales staff. A little too "wham bam" for me, and not enough genuine care. Maybe they're just to busy to care that much, idk. But our family stopped doing business here year after 15 years of buying vehicles. Edit: Though I had a great customer service experience with Brown, I unfortunately would not bring any of my vehicles for repairs/servicing. In the pictures you can see dirt got under the paint on my fuel door, I have "orange peel" on my bumper, rear driver's side quarter panel, and my front bumper (front bumper not pictured). In my repair for the rear quart panel, I had asked to have the fuel door looked at/repositioned, but it was left alone. All in all the repairs done to my car turned out well mechanically. And though i had a good experience, customer service wise, I unfortunately would not return nor do not recommend Brown Honda Body and Paint. My car has been in the shop due to an accident, and the service has been great. Mark was able to help me with a problem one of the mechanics and I had, and even provided me a rental car when my insurance coverage ran out.

John Chung was amazing! From the first call I knew he would take care of me. I was a first time buyer and he made it so simple and worked with me every step of the way. Answered every single one of my questions. (Believe me there was a lot) Nate was also a really nice guy and helped me with signing the papers and explaining everything I was signing. One of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. Our salesperson Derrick F. was friendly, honest, and avoided being overly pushy unlike most of the other dealerships we’ve dealt with. Their prices were very competitive. Financing took a while to get through, but they were very hospitable and worked with us to get rates and warranties exactly where we wanted. Would definitely use them in the future.
