I highly recommend this dealership. I’m currently financing my first vehicle, a Honda Pilot and I love my car and feel like I got a great deal. BEWARE!! SHADDY!! Bought a vehicle from Bronx Honda around the corner on the way home ) I was sooooo excited to buy my first car from them ) the engine light came on. Their diagnosis says it was the catalytic converter. After go back and forth from NJ to Bronx few times to get it fixed (tolls back and forth was not cheap) the said it was fixed. They ordered a new one and replaced it. That was a year and a few months ago. Now I'm getting the same code again and the Honda dealer in my area says I need a new C. Converter. I guessing it's normal to replace them every year and a few months. BEWARE!!! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Only reason why I didn't leave 5 stars is because I was there for about 7 hours but I was still grateful to leave with a car. Also I didn't leave with my paperwork because it was getting late so I have to return and pick it up. Still not a problem because they really worked wonders. They was very nice and offered us coffee and the customer service was good. I had Stanley and he went above and beyond to make sure I left with a car. He worked with my situation and even with a few bumps in the rode he didn't take no for an answer. He pulled strings and did the best he could for me. Even when I was trying to find insurance he helped me with that as well. IF YOU GO TO BRONX HONDA PLEASE ASK FOR STANLEY!!!!! All the other guys was friendly and talked to us and made light conversation. It was a good atmosphere and I'm happy with my service so far. Will for sure send people to Stanley. My brother is going to see him next month. Thanks Bronx Honda.

I was recommended by a friend and wish I didn't went. One of the most unprofessional experiences with a salesman Mozart. I understand it's difficult for no money down but not impossible. I would have appreciated if he was more honest instead of rushing us stated he would contact us the next day, waited for Monday and left voicemail, no contact whatsoever. Update: won't publicize the reasons but did added I was denied. It's okay I end up going to East Jeep on Boston rd and got approved.

Worse place to go for a car trade… went to see Wilson Rivera and he gave me a false promise just to go and mess up my credit score, went from a 820 to 798 Don’t go there please they are the worse
