I bought my car brand new at Acura at Bradshaw in Greenville 3 years ago. I have been going back every couple of months to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Everytime I go they charge me around $150-$200 a service. I thought that was a little pricy but I stayed loyal and continued to drive 45 minutes to get my oil changed with them. A few days ago my husband took my car to get the exact same service and they charged him under $100. It’s honestly infuriating because they knew they would not get away with charging a man that much but they took advantage of a woman. Also, every time I go they try and insinuate that I need more done to my car than I really do. I always refuse other services but not without them making me feel like I don’t know what I’m doing. I will not be going back. Do better Acura at Bradshaw in Greenville. That’s pathetic.
Professional. Transparent. Gives you the truth up front. And they Don’t Do the “4-square” sales pitch. They did not beat around the bush. I had a bad experience with a competitor and found a truck here. Christine was great to work with and they made us feel like our thoughts mattered. Made us feel like family. When it can time for financing, Jeff Carson was professional and very pleasant to talk to and talked through our financing. Explained all the paperwork very well. I would highly recommend Christine, she knows what she is talking about and through the whole process I never felt pushed to buy something. They gave me a lot more for my trade than their competitor.
I purchased a 2021 MDX from Mr. Ken Hucker and the entire experience was seamless. Mr. Hucker is genuine, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to help me get exactly what I wanted in an era of very limited inventory and patiently explained every feature upon delivery. He never made me feel pressured or rushed. Wife got her oil changed and car service. Don’t, didn’t believe the answer to my question. I asked them about a 2017 RDX, using Android Auto maps, they said it didn’t work on that model, according to dealerships on YouTube they do.
I wasn't having much luck with the dealership near me (Charlotte), so I called Greenville and was put in touch with Shannon. He was great to work with! He gave me a great price on my new car and trade in and made it well worth my drive from Charlotte to Greenville to pick up my new Acura. When I walked in the dealership, everyone was friendly and you can tell they are great friends there. JJ, the Sales Manager, came and introduced himself right away and thanked me for my business. I definitely recommend Bradshaw Acura and Shannon to everyone and I will go back there next time I buy an Acura!
