Took my Si in for service, needed repairs done to the suspension, and Brandon the service advisor, Andy the master tech, & Calvin the service manager were AWESOME! They had my car in and out within two days, and I know with the supply chain shortages now parts can be hard to come by, and they kept me updated every step of the way with how the repair was going and the cost for everything as well! I will be coming back if anything ever happens, and I will definitely be buying my next Honda from Rahal!

After my car was totaled earlier this year and after landing a job which required a substantial commute, I knew it was time to get a new (to me) car. My parents both have a long standing relationship with the staff at Bobby Rahal, so it wasn't a question about where we'd start my search. We came into our appointment with Tom Dabich having done some market research and with a list of models and years to begin. In no time we were test driving, and we quickly zeroed in on a 2018 Civic EX Touring. After coming back inside we were joined by Nathan Gardner to go over financing and exchange information. We had originally expected a one week turn-around for the car to be road ready for me, but after getting the car in for it's Honda Certified Multi-Point Inspection, the service workers noticed a dent in the back, so the car pick up date was pushed back to fix and repaint that area. Because I live in Philadelphia we waited until the next Saturday after the car was ready for pick-up to allow me to get to Bobby Rahal. We finished up the financing with Nathan, who outlined all the additional packages we could add onto the included warranty. Once all the paperwork was signed I posed with Tom and the new ride for a photo. I'd recommend Bobby Rahal to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car, they've taken care of my parent's vehicles for decades and provided an outstanding level of service, and I've experienced the same here as a customer.

Easiest and quickest car buying experience ever. I went to just look and get ideas what I wanted when it was time for me to get a new car. I had no intentions of going home with a new car on Saturday. I talked to Corey Weaver, told him what I wanted and then ended up going home with the first and only car I took for a test drive.

John was a wonderful person to work with, very calm and attentive. The team we worked with was very upfront and clear with their intentions. I never fully felt that we were being pushed into anything we didn't want. We bought a used truck which wasn't a Honda, and still felt like we were important!
