Save yourself some time and just avoid buying an Acura. I’ve had a brand new 2022 mdx for less than a year and it’s already had two warranty related malfunction issues. One error message related to AWD (turned out to be a rear end differential issue) and most recently a Braking sensor issue. These problems resulted in Weeks upon weeks of returning the vehicle to try and resolve these issues with NO LOANER. We were on vacation for over 7 days and left the vehicle with them to repair the braking sensor issue. We thought, since they never offer nor have a loaner available to us, we could just leave the vehicle with them for over a week and surely the maintenance would be completed. Well we returned to not a single phone call update and only an oil change being completed and nothing else. The service rep-Jason-has been trying his hardest and we understand supply chain issues; however, I’ve had 3-4 different service “specialists” since December. The turnover at this place is crazy. I get there are employee issues everywhere and I have been extremely patient with this dealership; however, it’s like I’m starting over explaining the continuous issues each time I come in for them to resolve the same issue. It’s a lot. I’m glad I purchased the extended warranty on this vehicle bc it looks like I will spend more time doing unexpected maintenance than I will spend actually driving the vehicle. I have zero confidence in the longevity of this Acura and I am looking forward to the day I can break even from a trade in for something else. I had a 2014 Toyota Highlander with over 300,000 miles prior to purchasing this vehicle with zero issues. I can’t believe I paid more for a “higher quality” vehicle only to get what appears to be a lemon.
Ask for JT, he was great to deal with, for sure. Dale in finance was very good too. Only advice, showroom needs to be more clean and concise, especially for a near luxury dealership. Great job!
WOW that about covers it! Got a new set of tires and oil changed. The service center was absolutely amazing and the the GM is the best. Everyone was genuinely invested in getting my car fixed and ready for me. Every step of the way they were in communication and kept me up to date with every detail. Would absolutely 1000% recommend and will return. (just a note I don't even own an Acura, but they were sweet enough to help and gave me amazing results) Might actually make me buy Acura next time, which would be so different. #Toyotagirlfor40years
Timmy (sales), Del (finance), and Tyler (finance manager) were fantastic to work with. They all made the car buying process very easy and quick. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Tait (service manager) who I had previously went to exclusively on a previous vehicle when he worked for another dealership. Tait was the only reason why I continued going to that specific dealership, so I was thrilled to be made aware that I could continue working with him in the future. The team at Bob Howard Acura did a stellar job. My wife and I love our new Acura!

Still on the search for the perfect car so I can’t say anything about the purchase part (yet?) but I spoke with Timmy and Doug for quite some time. They are amazing and not pushing at all. They were very nice and always listening and answering all my questions. Quality team for quality cars, would recommend this dealership!
Called at 3:30 was able to get my car in at 4:30. I did not think they would be able to fit me in on such short notice and I had answers in under an hour. Jason was amazing in the service department. Very friendly and attentive. He even waited after close so that I could pick my car up and get it home. I will be requesting him from now on! Thank you!
Don't waste your time because they sure will. They had a vehicle listed online we were looking to purchase. We stopped in and spoke with them and got a site unseen purchase value for our car. We agreed to terms and conditions after driving back down they offered us $7,000 less for the vehicle than the original offer because it needed tires and an oil change. Lots of other car dealerships in the area to do business with that won't waste your time I'm sure.
