Don’t waste your time or money here. This dealership is FAR from luxury. Purchased my dream beamer at Hudson Valley BMW and probably would have had a better experience at a 2nd tier car lot. The service team completely rushed my car off the lot & made me drive back putting an additional 100 miles on my vehicle for a detailing & rim buffing. Drove my car for a day and got a notification that I needed an oil change?? Service team only reset my app. They also didn’t detail my car. Literally brought it home with the same dirt after giving specific instruction for cleaning. Useless people. Should be ashamed & will be calling corporate.
