Truly exceptional service. I found a preowned 5 series that fit my criteria on BMW Stratham's website and decided to take the 1.5 hour drive to a dealer I had never been to (A bit of a gamble). Sovy, my client advisor, had the vehicle ready for me when I got there, and gave me the car fax and service history without hesitation. the 535 was exactly as described; no smoke and mirrors with the online ad. Bought a used BMW convertible recently. It has a light on and after scouring you tube, I decided to bring it in for diagnosis. I called and made the appointment. These folks offer a free 1 time scan. I met with Matt and he explained how the process works. Anything above a scan would be more money. No problem. While waiting I actually got videos of the inspection! When was the last time you seen that? Anyways, they completed the inspection and discussed options. Now my fault for not realizing the costs of BMW repairs, however they were understanding, and set up a list of things that needed repair. So I am clear, at no time was I ever pressured or felt misled. I know have a clear understanding and feel as though I was treated with complete respect and compassion. Something that is hard to find these days. I want to say that Matt was awesome and I look forward to doing business with him again.

If you're in the market for a BMW, go and see Jackie Karlsson at BMW of Stratham. Never have I seen a "salesperson" work with such unwavering client focus. From the second we sat down to talk about our needs and desires for a new car, it was clear that our experience with Jackie would be very different from what's typical in the industry today. Throughout the engagement, she was humble, considerate, and courteous to a fault. Yet unlike many "sales" staff, Jackie's courtesy was not a facade for lack of knowledge or competency. So please, ask for her by name—I am confident you will not regret it. Oh, and in the end we purchased the 2022 X5 xDrive40i seen in the attached picture; a very lightly used model at a nearly new price. And yes, complete with a bow... because, why not?

I found a car online of interest to me, located at BMW of Stratham. I called on a Wednesday night to ask after it, and by Thursday afternoon I was driving off the lot with my trade-in. Stephen James was professional, pleasant, and accommodating. The other folks were, as well. My spouse and I are what you might call “car people”, and this was a swift, refreshing car buying experience - the best in a long time. Much appreciation for the staff between the two locations!

First time receiving service at BMW of Stratham. It’s unfortunate to report that I wasn’t impressed. I expect quality service and professionalism from BMW. Other customers report positive experiences, so maybe I visited on a bad day. Cons: 1) BMW did not honor my 4:30pm appointment time. After arriving in the service garage, I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. It was quite embarrassing standing there in the garage while employees made eye contact with me and then walked past me. As a person of color, the intentional dismissiveness felt discriminatory. 2) Technicians damaged one of my $40 authentic BMW license plate frames, ripping off the screw caps when technically they’re supposed to stay attached to the frame. 3) The service advisor/department did not notify me once my car was ready. My time was not respected. 4) Customer service needs improvement. My service advisor had a sarcastic nature about him that felt like he was talking down to me. I also expect to be greeted by any employee in a timely manner, especially if I have an appointment. A simple “We’ll be with you in a moment” will suffice. I received one friendly smile from a woman employee who works near the customer waiting area. First impressions are lasting impressions. I did not feel valued or like I belonged at BMW of Stratham. I will not visit BMW of Stratham again.
