I bought a used BMW i3 from John L Sullivan Chevy and 1 week later the check engine light came on. Even though I was provided a warranty from Chevy they told me they don’t service luxury vehicles and I would need to contact BMW. Scheduling the service appointment was very easy. When I called they were very friendly over the phone and took no time in getting my appointment set. I was scheduled with a service member named Jeffery. I don’t have enough space and time to write all of the amazing things. He was patient and kind with his explanation of the process and didn’t try to sell me on anything additional while I was there. When the diagnosis was complete he was prompt in getting back to me and letting me know what was wrong with the car. Being that I had a warranty through Chevy, Jeffery went above and beyond to get them involved and did everything he could from his side to expedite the process. No fault to BMW, Chevy dragged their feet in making a warranty claim, but Jeffery kept in touch along the way and was extremely kind throughout the whole process. Once the work was authorized by Chevy, BMW had my car back to me within a day and a half. There is nothing bad I could say about this experience. They washed my car for me and even had it on the charger when I arrived to pick it up. Wonderful experience and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went.

Bmw of roseville is awesome and I am definitely coming back. Kyara, our service advisor was extremely nice and very easy to work with and the service manager Nick is a great guy as well. He was the one who scheduled in my appointment and he made sure everything went smooth. 10/10 I would recommend this dealership to get your car serviced. The process was smooth and they even sent me a link of my car getting worked on live with the tech. I have a hard time trusting others working on my car and just that little video gave me peace of mind. Will be looking forward to my next visit!

I had the best experience at BMW Roseville because of my salesperson, Tory. He went above and beyond, was extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable and mostly professional. He definitely made me forget I was shopping for a car and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable, well fed 😆 and enjoying my time shopping for a vehicle. He even made sure my dog was comfortable and had what he needed. From the moment I arrived, till I drove off the lot in my new vehicle - I had an incredible time with Tory and at BMW Roseville. I would absolutely recommend this dealership - truly the best!

The salesman was great(knowledgeable, kind, and respectful). The finance manager was less then ideal. Besides the interesting attitude, he didn't even call the salesman to let him know we were done to get our keys. "OK we're done", he said, and we were waiting in the lobby until we finally called the salesman's cell phone ourselves. The salesman had world class customer service. The finance manager made me feel like I purchased the car from a McDonald's.

This was the best car buying experience I've had in my 26 years of buying cars. Filip and the entire team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and never pushy. The process was very efficient, yet I felt like I received a lot of helpful information and I am in love with my new car. I always dread the car buying experience, but my experience at BMW of Roseville was fantastic and I would refer anyone looking for a car to Filip and his colleagues.

I purchased my BMW from Roseville BMW in 2007 and have brought it here for service all these years. The service has always been professional and pleasant to work with. I believe the service I receive is reasonable and fair. Chris Cubberly has been the advisor helping me the last few times I’ve been there. I would recommend contacting him for any service needs you have. He is knowledgeable, explains things clearly, is personable and has many years of experience.
