Just recently purchased a new BMW 430ix convertible from this dealership with the help of Tonya Murray. It was ordered during the pandemic so I had about 4 months of waiting for the car to be built and shipped. Tonya made the experience so easy and reassuring. She continued to keep me updated during the process and kept me well informed about any delays that occurred. She never tried to up-sell me. She was very thorough and very quick to respond to any of my questions. I actually never even met her until I picked up the car and she was so kind and knowledgeable about the car. She even followed up with me after I took the car home to ensure that I had a good experience and that the car was everything that I had expected. The car itself is amazing. My first time ever driving a BMW and I love it. It drives so smooth and has great features on it. So far my experience has truly been a positive one and I would recommend this dealership and Tonya Murray to anyone.

Exceptional service! From the moment I pulled in and was greeted by Concierge Ann who made sure I was checked in and showed me all the amenities in the waiting area. Great coffee by the way! My service advisor Benedikt was great also! He went over the service I was in for and made sure the car was checked for anything else it may have needed. I picked up my 2022 BMW Z4-40i last week. I just want to say This was one of the most pleasing car sales I have experience. I probably ride in there with the oldest and dirtiest BMW to ever enter the lot. Most of the time I'm there for a recall or service issue. However, everytime I go, I am always treated like I bought my old rust bucket at that location, and the service team is always helpful and very polite. They even wash my car and sometimes they'll even have the inside clean and vacuumed when I arrive to pick it up! It makes going to the dealership pleasant, and I am grateful for the warm energy and welcoming smiles. The place is always clean. If I were rich, this is the first place I would go and splurge.
