We were able to purchase an i4 eDrive 40 thanks to MAC at BMW Mt View. MAC was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had made an inquiry online (on Sunday) about the car I was looking for, and MAC responded within the hour. He was able to find me the vehicle I was looking for, secured it for me, guaranteed the price, and was set the same day. He made the process super smooth, kept me informed about the arrival of the vehicle (as it was still in transit). By Saturday (less than a week) I was at the dealership picking up the car. MAC was very courteous, helpful, and took very good care of us and his other clients. I couldn't be happier with the service and the car. Update on 9/16/2022: They were able to had the wheel repaired with no additional charge. ********************************************* I’ve been going to BMW of Mountain View for services since I purchased my vehicle from them in 2020. I’ve been having great experience since then until my most recent visit last week, and probably would be the last time I would go to this dealer for services or for purchasing a vehicle. I had my vehicle annual service done with them last week. After I picked up my vehicle and left the dealer, I discovered some new curb rash on the left front wheel of my vehicle. I was pretty confident that the curb rash was not there before I dropped off the vehicle with them. I immediately sent an email to my service advisor, told him about my concerns and consulted with him how we could get this incident settled. Also gave them a call and left a voice message. Unfortunately it’s been quite a few days and never got a response from them neither via email nor phone call. Very disappointed!!!

We recently took delivery of our X5 M50i and couldn't be happier. Gaurav and the team down there were fantastic to work with. We originally placed a factory production order from the SF dealership and were met with day+ delays in hearing back from the client advisor and misleading estimates around when an allocation for an M50i vehicle would be available. After about a couple weeks of being in the order bank we decided to cancel the order. After reaching out to several other dealerships, we settled on Mountain View. Throughout the 2 month+ wait, Gaurav kept us updated on our order and offered advice on accurate estimations on when the vehicle would be delivered. They have definitely earned out business for the future.

Brandon, my rep in the Service department was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional and very committed to delivering excellent customer service without being over the top. He made sure that I stayed informed about the status of the maintenance on my vehicle by calling me regularly and providing updates. I received my loaner vehicle as promised without any issues and although the work itself took longer than expected due to additional under-warranty authorization requirements, I was made to feel very comfortable about the progress and received my vehicle back in time and with all the reported issues resolved to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied about the level of service I received during my last visit, both from a customer service perspective, to the work conducted by the mechanics, to the loaner vehicle department. We had a great experience buying a car here, and would strongly recommend them. Eric, our sales associate, was super responsive and helpful, even though our initial interaction was only on email. He assisted in setting up a custom build order, and kept us posted on its status. On the pick up day, we went to the dealership and could see he was just as friendly & helpful in person. He addressed all our questions and responses reasonably. Later he followed up on the sale and made sure we got any further assistance as needed. Gaurav was the finance associate who processed our purchase, and he too was amiable and helped us get through the paperwork quickly.

The sales and finance team at BMW Mountain View were amazing and a breath of fresh air—completely helpful in every way. No gimmicks, just great service. I would have given 5 stars but the time I had to be there was longer than what I expected because the car wasn’t ready. This was not the fault of either department. Simply bad timing. Overall this was one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a car. Oh and I love my new beautiful and gas efficient 530e!
