535d had 2 flat tires caused by potholes in Yellowstone park, luckily the BMW of Idaho professionally saved my trip. The cost is way below than every dealer I have been to. I made an appointment a month in advance to have my headlights adjusted, and replaced. When I went to pick up the car I was advised that my headlights are dim and needed to be replaced. 😳 I explained that was the purpose of the appointment. The parts weren’t available, and they couldn’t reschedule me again for several days. Everyone was super nice, and apologetic. I chalked it up as a communication error. The car, a Z4 is put away for the winter. I’ll see you in the spring.

I asked for a quote on a repair and it took a day for them to get back to me. However, Gina was very nice and did apologize. She made my experience much better. In fact, she may be the reason I decided to have them do the repair even though it was about 10% higher than a previous estimate.
