Service department prices for maintenance are very competitive. I've had my vehicle serviced here for basic maintenance many times since 2020 and at other BMW dealerships across the USA over the last 15 years. This one is above average in many ways. As you'd expect, all the basic amenities are there (water, coffee, snacks, etc,) while you wait but what sets this location apart from others is the people. Everybody is friendly and dedicated to meeting your needs. Ask for Alex!!! She's the best! Very knowledgeable, excellent communication, and accommodating (with alternative transportation) to make sure your vehicle gets what it needs and the work is completed in a timely manner. Her and the team have gone above what most service centers would do to satisfy a customer. I won't go anywhere else for work I can't do myself!

Just picked up our 2023 X4 and the experience was amazing! Our salesmen Johnathan was awesome. He kept us in the loop while are vehicle was on order, answered all my questions via text, and had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. BMW Genius Team was extremely helpful, and offered their cell number to text with any questions before our BMW class. Financing department was very informative, and we never felt pressured for any additional addon's. He described all, answered all our questions, and we choose what we wanted. BMW of El Paso was the best vehicle purchase experience I've had, and I will definitely go back when its time for our next one!

Our purchasing experience was wonderful, I have owned my vehicle for about a year. During that year my vehicle has been nothing but wonderful. Until, my battery needed to be replaced, I came in knowing that I would have to pay a pretty penny for it, until the service department notified me that it falls under warranty. I was excited to know that I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. Now we come to the conclusion on why I’m rating the service department one star. I was told my battery was on back order and that they did not know when it was going to arrive. Then, 2 different occasions a battery arrived but it was not the right one, they waited 2 weeks to actively search for a replacement battery. I was then told that they shipped one from another dealer in Minneapolis, that it will take 2-3 business days. I was told it was ordered that Friday that it will be in hopefully that following Monday. I called Monday afternoon and they said they have no updates. Now I’ve been without a vehicle for a month and still going on without a vehicle with them saying there is still no updates or loner vehicles after a month. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.

I’ve been coming to the BMW of El Paso for about 1 year now. The service has always been subpar to say the least. However, that was not the case today. Kyle Clark, did an excellent job and took care of all my issues. He was very welcoming, nice, and professional. He’s definitely the best service advisor I’ve spoken to by a long shot!

UPDATE: A second set of keys were ordered and they were the wrong keys. This being said, the Parts Department made it right. They took the correct uncut keys and paid a locksmith to cut them, and threw in the cut incorrect keys. If all is well that ends well, we're good. Surely, the lost time is unfortunate and a hassle. Kudos to the Parts Department for owning this, recognizing and acknowledging the issue and moving quickly to rectify things. So I am changing my from 1 star to 4 given the ability to solve problem via management. I needed new master keys ordered. I went to parts, ordered the keys and waited. Nobody ever called, I eventually called to find out they had been there for a few days. I drove from the NW down to pick up my new keys, except that the gentleman who placed the order, ordered blanks knowing that only BMW can cut the keys; what am I going to do with blank keys? And this is after having to actually show him a picture of the invoice that I had actually ordered and paid for a set of keys even though it was the same guy I ordered them from. So now I'm still without keys, and looking at another drive down because the gentleman behind the parts counter lacks attention to detail. I would not recommend buying any parts if you can avoid it from this dealership. Lastly, the floor of the parts department was littered with dead insects.

Michael Calderon was very professional. He made the entire buying process a joyful experience. He was patience and answered every question I had. If I had a question , he would respond to my calls or texts ASAP. Armando in the finance department was very professional as well. Lastly, I enjoyed my class with David Castillo. I learned a lot about my 2023 M340i. I’m in heaven!

I have been to this dealership twice before my experience this past week. The previous two encounters have been amazing and the staff took care of me during those two visits, with absolutely zero issues at all. I didn’t feel that same treatment this time around. I agreed to the free car wash when it was offered. However I received my car unwashed, extremely dirty in the exterior. In addition, the battery cover in the rear trunk was left disassembled, exposing the battery and its wire components. An unexpected lack of attention to detail from a sport luxury brand that’s renowned worldwide for its quality.
