Recently visited the Principle Auto BMW in Corpus & had the pleasure of working with Sarah Adams! I’ve had my eye out on the Brooklyn Grey x3, it’s so stunning!! Sarah was very knowledgeable, gave me immense detail on the model & my finance options, & was honestly just a joy sales woman. She also answered all my email questions with a quickness. Really looking forward to getting into a new x3 & thankful for Sarah’s help!

My husband surprised me by asking me to go to Principle BMW of Corpus Christi. He’s on deployment right now but knew I needed a new car. Aaron Sanchez and Sarah Adams did an amazing job in fulfilling his wishes. I test drove a few and then fell in love with my 2022 BMW X3! The color aventurin red is just gorgeous! Sarah was so helpful and made me and the kids feel at ease. Overall, great experience.

What can I say today was a great day!!! I called Principle BMW to make an appointment for my car and the receptionist that answered (Vera) was in great spirits which made it easy for me to talk to. She was knowledgeable about my car and understood what I needed and set me right up with my appointment. When I entered the dealership to introduce myself and told her about my car she called me by my name which doesn't happen normally when you enter a dealership. I was happy she remembered. She was kind, always smiled and best of all her character was infectious. Next I moved on to service John was on point with my car he explained in detail the process and cost and had a great attitude. While waiting I had some questions about some parts and spoke to Rocky. Wow this guy new what I was looking for with me just trying to explain what I needed. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and also patient. I also had a chance to talk to a salesman named Sam that just stoped to make sure we were fine and asked if we needed anything. Before I left I spoke to the GM Aaron which was available as soon as I asked for him to let him know about my experience and he too was very kind and easy to talk to. Thank you Principle for making things easy and comfortable.

Shopping for a new vehicle is usually stressful experience, but this was definitely not the case when I went into the new BMW here in Corpus Christi. I was assisted by Richard Garza, who knew a great deal about every vehicle I looked at. He made me feel at ease and greeted me with a great big smile, almost as if we'd known each other for years! I totally love the quality service my vehicle receives. I bring in my vehicle from Laredo, TX, but I personally choose to bring it in to BMW of Corpus Christi. I absolutely adore Vera she has the hands up best customer service. She genuinely treats you and accommodates you not only as a customer but as if she were family.
