I recently had my X5 serviced after a year of loving it. Stefano, my service advisor was amazing! Kept me in the loop throughout the day via text messages, sent me my invoice through online payment and all I had to do was come in and pick up my clean and freshly serviced car. It was so convenient and easy and the service team is courteous! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service team at BMW Encinitas is fabulous.

My experience at BMW Encinitas was EXCELLENT!. I have been looking for the right car for weeks, and I was eyeing a 2022 BMW X6 with all the packages I wanted. I am from San Diego and was even looking out of my city like Long Beach, Calabassas. Once the listing showed from Encinitas BMW the car I wanted had just arrived in the lot, I immediately went straight to BMW Encinitas. Adham Talesh, my salesman, was the only one available then to help since many of the salesman or woman was also busy with other customers. I'm sure it's because the salespeople were all welcoming and professional. I have been to other BMW dealers, and they look at you as if you cannot afford a BMW, so no one helps me. But Adham Talesh, I parked in the lot, and he approached me immediately. I told him what I wanted, and he immediately showed me to the car! That same day I went home with the car of my dreams! I love my car, and I love this dealership. I highly recommend BMW Encinitas, they do not have a mark-up price, they deal with you with a reasonable, affordable automobile price, my salesman AdhamTalehs did not pressure me at all to buy the car but showed me the car, the cost and let me take my time looking at my car and showed me other vehicles, but I said you don't have to show me any car I am buying this let's sign the papers. He was easy to talk to. He's polite and highly knowledgeable about the vehicles and his job. He guided me through every process and explained every detail to me. Once you get to BMW Encinitas, ask for Adham Talesh. You will get the same great experience as I did until the purchase. I ask him a question and respond and call right away or text. I got my car three weeks ago from today's date. The other employees at BMW Encinitas also are very polite, greet you with a smile, and offer help and drinks. I bought a certified ore-owned Subaru Forester from This BMW dealership. I was unsure how we would be received with some of their cars sticked at over $150,000 and we were coming in for a $30,000. However, the sales rep. Jake and Morgan in finance were incredibly personable, helpful, and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market!

The extended service contract on my 2016 535i was due to expire on 12/29 so I took it in for its last set of services. They did an oil change and 32 point inspection. They replaced the front and rear brake pads and replaced the brake fluid. They also discovered a small leak in the oil pan gasket and replaced that as well. My copay for these services was $50. Granted, I did pay about $3500 for this package when I bought the vehicle, but everything has been done on schedule and the car runs great. I was provided with a new 330i as a loaner that only had 10K miles on it, which was nice, and my vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed. My only complaint was that I had to call them to ask if my vehicle was ready after a couple days. Would have been nice if they had called me instead. To be fair, it was over the Christmas weekend and quite possible they had people taking time off. BMW Encinitas has always taken good care of me and my car and I would recommend them for service. They are VERY busy first thing in the morning so either get there early or make a later in the day appointment.

The team at BMW Encinitas is very customer ordinated. My experience was nothing but positive, the manager who negotiated the vehicle was understanding, personable, kind, but firm. My client advisor, Sarah Pearson, went above and beyond to provide quality assurance and information about the vehicle I purchased. I had few items put on the car, and the service department was prepared, and open to any questions or concerns. Lastly, my Genius appointment was amazing the well knowledge young man who assisted me was bright, patience and has good communication skills. My overall experience was terrific.

The sales department at BMW Encinitas is 5 stars. Did EXACTLY what they promised and be sure to ask for Adham. Also Morgan in financing, AWESOME!!! As for the hyspanic guys in the service department, keep them away from your car. Flares on the bottom of the car had all kinds of hair line scratches after they cleaned the dirt off and when they put the license plate frame on my car, the guy dropped/laid the frame and the hardware on my deck lid and acted as if it was no big deal. So weak and unprofessional. Though everything else; TOP NOTCH!!!

What an amazingly beautiful experience! I was greeted with smiles and hugs. They took excellent care of me and I appreciate each and every one of the team members. I have been with the BMW family since my first car and this was my first purchase in a BMW away from my hometown and I have to say that it doesn't matter which location you go.to because they will all treat you like family. The staff in Encinitas was amazing and I will stay with them for as long as I am in San Diego because they made me feel comfortable and most importantly I trust them. They took very good care of me and I now have another BMW who I named Bradley.😆 I love my Encinitas BMW!!!
