This shop has been great for helping me out with my troubles. Broke down Saturday night and was towed in. They got it in Monday and checked it over, unfortunately the engine is toast and I am going to have to flatbed it home. They have gone out of their way to give me rides (Thank you Vanessa!) and the great service manager Kristina even called me after hours on her own phone to help me arrange for a ride to the U-Haul shop today to get the truck and trailer to tow all of my stuff home in time for a memorial service I am responsible for setting up this coming Saturday. Many thanks to the great people who have helped me during this bummer of a time!!

Spoke with someone about a vehicle showing in stock and not pending, it was in fact pending. She was very polite, checked on a few other options. In the end I told her I wasn't interested in the other options and thanked her for her time. She was a little pushy after, but not rude. When I hung up I received a call from the sales manager a few minutes later, he introduced himself and I told him I wasn't interested and he responded oh okay and hung up. No, I'm sorry to bother you, or take care and let us know if we can help in the future, just a dead line. If a customer states that they aren't interested, thanks you for your service and decides to go another route, respect it. If you decide to push beyond that, I can let it slide. But, don't sacrifice your customer service and rudely end a call, when you called me after I already explained that I wasn't interested in other options. This type of behavior proves that your dealership is only about the sale and isn't interested in providing polite service if there isn't a sale in it for the dealers agent. Noone wants to do business with a dealership that accepts behavior like that from its agents. EDIT: After speaking with a supervisor at the dealership I'm changing my review. Everyone can have a bad day and I feel that the issue was promptly and courteously addressed.

I can not emphasize how awesome this dealership was and how they embody everything Honda should stand for. Long story short, our brand new Honda Mini-Van broke down on 1-10 while we were traveling cross country and, after needing it towed, they were incredibly helpful and skillful in getting it repaired. Because it was such a major repair, we were unable to pick it up on the way back. Honda covered our rental car fee and they helped us through a very painful process. Compare that to our local Katy Honda Dealer who not only told us to keep driving when our warning light came on but had replaced this new van's transmission due to another flaw, just a few months earlier. Due to a health issue, I can't drive long distances and they even helped us with arranging the transport back. When I spoke to "Big" Honda on the phone (it was an ordeal - not the norm to have two transmission replacements in a less then year old, brand new car!), I made sure to say give them a raise! They actually care and they do their job. Can not sing their praises enough. Great dealer. You're lucky if they're your local dealer, all Honda dealers should be as good!

The service app is wonderful too, you can view all recommended services and accept or deny from your phone, making vehicle status accessible from anywhere!

I am amazed at how efficient Billy Navaar’s service department is. I brought my van in Thursday morning to have maintenance done and there is always someone to greet me before I even get out. Christine is quick and gets the information needed and there is little to no wait when dropping it. She is great at communicating with me to let me know service being done and it was finished relatively quick! They offer a shuttle and this is the 2nd time Mrs. V came to pick me up and she is so enjoyable to ride/visit with! When I got there to pick it up, Christine personally brought me to the quik lube to have tires checked . That was also little to no wait. I don’t know how Billy Navaar does it but they should train other dealerships on how to treat customers and service their vehicles at the same time! Very satisfied and I don’t think I could ever bring my vehicle anywhere else!!! Great job!! 😁

Cindy Wicke was so helpful when I was looking for a vehicle. I told her what I liked and my price range and it didn't take very long for her to help me pick the Honda HRV. It is a great vehicle.
