I had a great experience getting my regular oil change / inspection at Bill Page Honda. The service department is much larger than other Honda dealerships I've been to, so there is a whole team ready to help. I made my appointment online the day before and there was plenty of availability. Charles was great to work with! I appreciate the quick turnaround and efficiency on site.

We were in area for my wife to take her citizenship test when our low tire light came on.. Went to service department and they took it immediately. They came and informed us that one of the tires was low in air and that fixed it. They charged us absolutely nothing. Great service helping people from out of town. They treated us just like our dealership does at home. 5 stars. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I visited Bill Page Honda, to get an oil change and a State Safety Inspection. My Service Advisor Sandy was very pleasant. I needed a shuttle ride back home while they serviced my car. The shuttle driver was affable, and the shuttle van was very clean. The car services were completed in the timeframe that they promised. They also washed my car before returning it to me. Customer service is their top priority and they always follow up to make sure that my service experience went well.

Had a wonderful time with Rob and the mechanic team at Bill Page Honda. My car was shaking and my mechanic told me to take it to a Honda dealer. This dealer was very honest and straight forward with me. They called me late in the day to inform me they were having trouble finding the problem and would need to keep my car an extra day. The next day they offered me a probable fix and gave me time to confirm the information they sent me with my other sources before I gave them the go ahead. Other sources confirmed the fixes were valid and related to the issue as well as decently priced. I was also very happy the mechanic team wrote up a list of horizon issues my car will have in the future and estimated costs, going as far as the tell me I had two to three months left on my brakes. They did not push for me to get them done then, nor did they push for me to schedule them with Bill Page Honda. They gave me the information and let me make my choices. Overall, I felt I had an honest time as a woman at this Honda dealer.

Had to take my daughter’s 2003 Honda Pilot in for an airbag recall and I was able to get an appointment with ease. I was contacted to pick-up my vehicle after the work was finished and that went without trouble. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, the vehicle was retrieved quickly and the staff was friendly. Sounds like my experience was uneventful and it was, but these days that is an appreciated experience. Thanks!

Great experience on my unscheduled 7,500 mile service. The Service Advisor, Robert, greeted me right away and the check in was super easy. The service took less than an hour and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and pleased to know I have found a great service center for my Honda.

I am the daughter doing this review since technically it was me who went to the appointment but under my father’s name. For my experience, Sandy was super friendly and sweet, normally, the customer service people always have that “I have enough of this job” look; always grumpy. But hey, they get the job done so Im not complaining. However, for this experience, I waited 4 hours for an oil change only. I expected my car to get tire rotation and also to change the break pads. For the break pads, I only brought it up because when I did my state inspection, it barely passed because of the break pads. So, I wanted that addressed at Honda Bill Page. I came in for my 10 am appointment and did not leave the facility until 2:30 pm. I don’t complain for the 4 hours because that is normally how my service takes each time I go there but they get everything done though (more than an Oil Change). This time, I believe my car was forgotten about until I came back to Sandy’s desk and asked for an update about my car at 2 pm. He went to check on his computer and had a curious expression look on his face. He then proceeded to go to the back for a few minutes then came back to say 15-20 more minutes. At 2:20 pm he went to the lobby to get me and when I saw the paperwork, only the oil change was done. I came in with full of people in the lobby and left with an empty lobby.

Extremely disappointed. First and last time I’ll be taking my car to them for service. I wanted to buy a new car from Bill Page Honda, regardless of having another dealership already. I was just testing how the service is to finally decide if I will buy a car from them. Kaitlyn Sulser is a terrible service advisor. Didn’t provide me with updates in a timely manner, requested me more money to get a part without even explaining what was wrong with the car. When I asked her for the name of the part, she needed to find out. It took her 4 days to let me know the name of the part. How can you request more money but can’t even provide details of what’s going on?? She is more focused on working fast and get rid of the customers rather than providing a good customer service. I switched my satisfaction rating to “sad”. She didn’t even care. I had to bring it to her attention a second time and complain about it to made her realize again, that I was not happy. My car has been under repair for 4 weeks. I still don’t have any updates of what’s going on. I requested to have a different service advisor and I still haven’t heard from anybody. I got a loaner, which was very dusty and dirty inside. Not even with a full tank. The service is just awful. After this experience, I’m definitely not buying a new car from them like I was planning to do soon. I’ll be contacting the GM. Maybe he will be able to provide me with updates because his Service Department can’t take care of it. I have no words to express how terrible this experience has been and continue to be.
