I had my Honda Accord in to find an electrical drain on my battery and to get an oil change. The only reason Bristol Honda gets one star is I think they made an effort to chase down the electrical issue. My primary complaint besides having to wait over 3 hours along with 3 other customers is their transparency in disclosure on charges for "shop supplies". After examining my bill, I noted that I was charged $28.59 for shop supplies. After inquiring about the charge, the only explanation from Clifton the service advisor was that charge is for things like rags and other things. So, I asked what other things would add up to $28.59 and he said the technicians don't tell them what the items are. He also asked if I had not been charged for shop supplies my last visit. So, I later checked, and yes I was charged a $1.25 for "shop supplies" when it was under Bill Gatton's ownership for service to install 4 tires, have a front end alignment and an oil change. That was a lot more extensive work for a lot less charge. Later that day I made two attempts to talk to the service manager by phone about the charge leaving him two voice mails. I have yet to receive a call back to address my inquiry about the charges. I was told by the receptionist that he was in the building. I think if a customer is charged an amount such as that, not to mention the tax assessed on that amount that a better explanation other than "shop rags" or "I don't know" should be given. I do not think it would be unreasonable to have any charge over $10.00 itemized on the bill along with the other charges. My recommendation to other customers is make sure to review your charges and don't hesitate to inquire about something that looks out of line. An ambiguous charge such as shop supplies when it appears to be excessive with no itemized explanation is hard earned money out of the consumers’ pockets.

They don’t list vehicle price online, most of the time dealers do this when they are trying to avoid you comparing pricing. The online chat is terrible and obviously not anyone connected with the dealership.
