I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. Ask for Jeremy Lee, he is the best!!! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff. I went in late that day after work and the staff waited till 10pm. Jeremy also waited and made sure the whole process was finished and that I was happy!!! Thank you :)

I had an incredible experience at BMW Beverly Hills. From the moment, I walked to the dealership I was greeted with nothing but warm and smiling faces. Ara was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The car that I wanted to test drive was unavailable so Ara went above and beyond to simulate how owning a convertible would feel. The process to reserve my car all the way down to signing the paperwork was very efficient. I highly recommend Beverly Hills BMW to anyone in need of a car.

Overall good experience at Beverly Hills BMW. Facility is great. Car inventory great. Friendly, professional staff. Wael was a pleasure to work with. Only issue I had was the time to complete the transaction. We were there for over 4 hours. Granted, it was a Saturday, but need to speed up the process. Regardless, I would do business with them again and recommend to others.

Neda and her team are absolutely fantastic!!! I had the most pleasant experience and Erika was also incredible!! The team made me feel valued as a loyal client. Picked up my 2018 M3 CS in San Marino blue yesterday at Beverly Hills BMW. Very impressed with the sales experience and customer relations. My awesome sales agent, Saleh Elshebli was very nice and easy to work with. Everything was handled very professionally and the car was prepared for delivery in mint condition . Also, I had the opportunity to meet the dealership General Manager, Mr. Sean Ramezani. He is a very nice gentleman and a great car enthusiast. Overall, I am glad that I have purchased my vehicle from this dealership and definitely recommend all my family and friends to check out their extensive inventory and well-decorated dealership. Thanks to everyone who made my day yesterday and I am looking forward to returning here for my future service appointments.

Very pleasant experience in car buying at this dealership - their process is truly professional. My salesperson, Neda (who is actually the leasing manager), was very competent and a pleasure to work with. She listened to me, directly answered all my questions, understood my concerns, and made the effort required to address all issues to my satisfaction - she is the BOSS! Literally. I would never go anywhere else to buy a BMW.
