Best car purchase experience ever! I looked all over for this specific Honda make and model and was going to drive 3 hours out of state to get it but sure enough the people at Ocean Honda of Brockton reached out to me and had the car ordered for me and even were able to provide me a loaner vehicle to use for over 10 days until the car arrived!!! My sales woman Carly Poh is amazing and made the process go really smoothly. She went above and beyond for me and tried to help as much as possible. Overall this dealership just had Best service and they know they’re stuff. And for the car (Honda Insight EX 2022).. I am completely blown away by the numbers! Averaging 55+ miles per gallon!!! This is exactly the car we all need in times like this! I’m going to save thousands on gas for years to come! Thank you Carly, & Thank you Ocean Honda of Brockton.

I must say, I wasn't sure what to expect as I had been to a dealership yesterday too and the experience left me uncertain about what I wanted to do for the car they offered me. When I pulled in we were greeted by Brandon, in a non aggressive feeling that some dealerships give you and I immediately knew he was going to be a good guy to work with. He was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. I test drove the car and absolutely loved it. Working with him and Jay was an excellent experience. Both Jay and Brandon were super friendly and definitely went above and beyond to make this experience positive. They were able to get me into the car I wanted for around the price I wanted. I really love this car and have been wanting one for a long time. One of the coolest things is the dealer plate he used was one of my dads old cruiser numbers. I had a feeling this was going to be the one. I will absolutely be back to this dealership in the future and 100000% recommend people to come here. Everyone was great and my daughter and I are very excited about the new car!

I went into the dealer ship with my 2010 to have something checked out to leave there with a 2015 Honda Accord EX L! I worked with nick along here and there with the GM Lou and that was the utmost best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Nick made it VERY pain free and was able to answer every single question I had. I have gone to this dealer ship since 2016 and always was very pleased with them but never knew I would find myself buying a car through them I’ve always brought my Honda’s to them if it were a serious thing. Took one of our cars here for service, Jonas was fantastic. True professional, kept me up to date on the progress and pricing throughout the process. We have a quite a few of Honda Insights in our fleet of vehicles and will continue to use this dealership because of him. My 1st experience at Ocean Honda was as real as real could be. I spoke with Honda Specialist Jose Lopes. My sit down with him today was something very different from any other car sales specialists I sat down with? He was as real as real could get. I told him about me being afraid to do something I have never done before. He then told me a story about his father or his grand father wanting to do something he never got a chance to do before he passed away! That story gave me the positive energy I needed to not be fearful of what I want to do while I still can? It may look impossible to do but I CAN DO the IMPOSSIBLE!
