Never write reviews. I actually have a Tesla with a flat and for some reason AAA brought me here. The service guy said they couldn’t help so I walked out pretty stressed on the phone with my Bf because I didn’t know what to do. Nice manager ran after me and said he saw I was upset and figured out a way to get my tire fixed. Thank you so much nice man.

I got the impression that this Honda location is absolutely full of it. I called to inquire about buying a vehicle and getting a quote. Immediately I am given an incorrect MSRP and told that ill have to pay $7,000-8000 above that (keep in mind I can see the actual MSRP online, have spoken to 6 other Hondas about the same car, and I was already expecting it to be more, but not $8000 more BEFORE taxes). When I said I had different numbers for the MSRP and was confused on how we came to such a huge price leap given that no one had offered me anything over $2-3000 above MSRP, he gave me an attitude. Then I asked for an explanation of where his extra numbers came from and he hung up in my face. I will certainly be calling back to speak to a manager but I no longer am interested in buying a car from here regardless of the price. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time.

Very hospitable people and environment. Sandy the sales lady and Sam in finance are awesome and will make u feel like family instantly! Love honda of Berkeley! And I would recommend family and friends in the future and anyone looking for a vehicle without feeling like a dollar sign like most dealerships! This place is awesome!!

I’ve had my vehicle serviced at this Honda location a few times (oil changes,etc) For oil changes, the front intake staff have always been helpful but the service appointments have always been longer than anticipated and little communication to let us know about delays (even pre pandemic). Recently we setup an appointment to have our car reviews so we could possibly sell to them. Guy on phone was ok, but showed up day of and waited a half hour with no response and person was not there. Really unacceptable service wise, I’d say check out other Honda locations if possible first. Faculties wise, nice service center. But highly disorganized and not well run.

Come to this place at your own risk. I got my oil changed there once and since then they have been calling, texting, and emailing me relentlessly to go back for service. I’ve told them to stop contacting me and blocked multiple numbers yet they just contact me from a different number. They are by far more annoying then random telemarketers - this nonstop spam has ensured I will never go back. Oh and their actual service when I was there wasn’t even good.

My service advisor Eddie Zaragoza was excellent, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone 👍❤️

This place is not trustworthy they creat so many false prices don't ask them for inspection they will make sure your car is worth nothing and fixing car prices are more then brand new car here and their is this guy David She.avoid talking to his he is disrespectful never trust him with prices find a good mechanic and talk with him.

Had a great time this morning! The two ladies at the desk at 8am on Saturday 4/9 were really cool and made things easy! God bless 🙏🏾 I'll be returning!
