Previously purchased a car here about 7 years ago during previous ownership. Was there for an express service Saturday morning decided to take a look at what was out in the lot. Wife and I shopping for SUV. Was greeted by Patricia “Pat” (sales) in the lot 15 min before the place was even open. Chatted over some coffee as we walked across the sales lot. The service performed was under the manufacturer's warranty which I appreciate. Even though the compensation probably is less than could have been charged if not under warranty, the staff went out of their way and provided a loaner car for over the weekend free of charge. This is the type of service that "Wows" the customer. I also appreciate the free car washes.

When I bought my Honda, I was very happy until I realized that they had charged me for an oil change when they told me it was free for 1 year. They charged me an extra $1,000 dollars for the bus, supposedly a paint charge as a guarantee and the insurance cap that I clearly said that I did not want to be put on. I don't realize it until I make my first payment since I don't know English and I was with my daughter who hadn't been buying a car for a long time. The thing is, I'm still waiting for that loan. They told me that the 30 days have passed, I made my second payment and according to my bank they have not received any refund from the delear nor have I received any calls on this matter. As for the seller's experience, everything is fine. But the one who filled out the papers for me must learn to listen to the client, so when you don't want an extra service, they don't add it to you if you say NO many times!!! I hope to see my money returned soon.

The Honda Accord Hybrid was the car we wanted so we really didn' need to be sold. We were treated courteously during our time at the dealership. The sales people did not give us all the info we wanted because they had come in mainly to see us and had personal business to attend to. We will be seeing them in near future to further discuss car and its features.
