My truck needed service and check engine light kept going on and off. I called 5 minutes after closing time hoping that someone would pick up. To my surprise someone did. He promptly took care of scheduling my appointment, was professional and polite over the phone. Would reccomend as I always have. Good job Bender and great customer service.

The employees and mechanics involved in the service department are genuinely excellent. It’s obvious they’re there to help you and care about your safety and automotive needs. I highly recommend visiting if you’re having automotive issues. Of course, it all started with the outstanding Honda dealership that sold us a high quality vehicle for a great price back in 2018. The Accord still is running like a gem thanks to this fine establishment.

For 1st time car buyers, I HIGHLY recommend all young people to take a parent with you. I am a parent of an E2 airman who is miles away from me and home, but I contacted the dealership first on his behalf, to ask specific questions. Bender Honda threw our entire conversation out the door and sold my son something 10,000 more than he was approved for with navy federal, with an interest rate 3 percent higher than it was with navy federal. They also refused to do the transfer paperwork to allow him to keep the his Florida registration/tag, which I KNOW is possible for military personnel. He had an old car stored at home in Florida that his sister gave him and we have been keeping the registration active for him SO HE COULD TRANSFER IT WHEN HE MADE HIS FIRST PURCHASE ON HIS OWN. The only reason I rated them a 2 and not lower, is because at the end of the day my son is a happy camper and he has no dependents so he will make the payments happen, however this dealership has totally ensured that i will not recommend my son nor anyone else I know personally, make a purchase from them. I feel like he was taken advantage of because they knew they could take advantage of his inexperience in the car buying category. I will make sure he uses this experience as a learning tool, and when he’s ready for his next car he will know what questions to ask and how to better negotiate. Young people beware, and parents, if at all possible, go IN PERSON with your adult children to oversee all first time major purchases!

I highly recommend Seth, he was very professional and helpful. He went out of his way to help us out and get us into a beautiful vehicle. He made the experience pleasant after we had so many bad experiences with other dealerships. He was by far the best salesperson I have ever came across and will definitely buy a car from him again. Everyone was so nice too everyone there is a very great person.

Best truck buying experience ever. Rachel Clingman was a great sales person to work with. She explained everything clearly and have fair prices. She didn't rush, she made sure I got a good test drive and a fair estimate on my trade in. I will definitely refer her to anyone looking for a vehicle.
