All this makes for a very easy and pleasurable car shopping experience. Shout out to Julie, a consummate sales professional! Thumbs up to their service people as well! Not the biggest fan of their financing arm or extended warranty situation though, but I suppose that's a separate issue.

Got an appt right away. The Honda service rep was very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate that they do a multi point inspection. It gives me peace of mind. Also, the service rep listened patiently as I explained my frustration with a couple of the electronic options on the dashboard and then showed me how to work them. Very helpful.

Recall repair of our RTL went smoothly including the free use of a loaner until the drive home when a dashboard warning light appeared. Dealer asked that we return vehicle the next day and then found that during the recall repair the fuel filler was knocked loose. Quickly fixed at no charge. Why is there always time to do it over and never enough time to do it right?? Service advisor very efficient; assigned tech/mechanic needs to check work more thoroughly and test drive to validate repair.

My girlfriend bought her first car in August 2021 and I co signed for her. This place had exactly what she was looking for and she was beyond happy. I am happy as well. They also have a nice selection that definitely made it difficult to chose but at the end of the day we found something we loved!

While on vacation 250 miles from home, my transmission began slipping. The next morning I took my car to Bedard which was the closest Honda dealer to North Adman’s where we were staying. I arrived early and was first in line for service. They diagnosed the issue. Apparently a sensor on my transmission became loose during the trip allowing the fluid to leak. Either refilling the transmission with fluid would fix the issue or a new transmission would have to be special ordered requiring the car to be left with the dealer and returning home with a car rental for who know how long. Fortunately, refilling the transmission solved the issue and we dodged the bullet. A totally positive experience with the service and people associated with the emergency.

Purchased my used 2019 Honda Fit(which I LOVE) in May 2022 at Bedard. Sales person was Cody, and he was wonderful. Brought Fit into Bedard's on Oct18 because rain was somehow leaking onto rear driver's floor. After only about an hour wait was told my car was ready. Mike Scholz found where the water was getting in and repaired it at NO CHARGE! How nice was that!!! I am very impressed with Bedard. Thanks folks!
