I was travelling from Toronto to Chicago. And my CRV 2021 touring model was suddenly shaking from underneath. With no idea about the cause, I called the Road Service Assistance, and gave us an option to go to their nearest service center (Battle Creek Honda) or just tow the truck. So, I chose the first option as initial decision. (I thought that was the best choice) I drove the car 6.5 miles and was hoping for a help but when we got there, there was no service made and was immediately told us that they only have two crew and won't have any one for the whole week to fix my car. Short of mechanics! (Seems no more hope!) With so much pleading, I ask the staff just to take an initial look, finally they test drive the car, and had an initial finding of wheel balance problem. But no way they can check coz it was already 350pm. When in fact, the center is supposwd to close at 5. (Very aweful) I asked for a suggestion what else can we do but I got no clear answer. So, I ended up driving at our own risk. As we werw about to go, we saw 4 staff just standing at the back and doing nothing. But it was okay. Hard to judge. Who knows if they are tired from previous repairs. With no more choices left, I decided to go on a slower speed with the car still shaking. The car finally broke down, with something rumbling underneath, 28 miles away from their shop. I looked and saw the that it was actually the car shaft that disconnected and the 4 bolts of the drive shaft were missing. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😒 My toddler was running low of milk, everybody was exhausted and sun was about to set. So, I went to 2nd option and asked for a tow truck. After waiting for 2.5hrs with their promised tow truck that never showed up yet, and since there was no available car for us to rent, I decided to drive 5mph to exit the highway to look for a safe place for my family instead of staying on the side of the road where high speed big trucks are passing by. Luckily, I met a mobile mechanic who happened to be in the gas station to fuel his vehicle. With no waste of time, he fixed the car temporarily and we cancelled the tow truck that never came on the ETA they gave, and gladly we were able to drive home safely.

Recently purchased my third Honda from the Team at Battle Creek Honda and couldn’t be happier! They have always made the whole buying process an absolute breeze. Their service department is always extremely efficient and very friendly. Anyone looking to buy a Honda in west Michigan should be buying from Battle Creek Honda!

Absolutely worse place to buy from they lie and say the vehicles are in good shape and run but that is far from true I had my truck for less than 500 miles before every light came on and the engine blew. Took truck in and when asked about it my wife was threatened that our vehicle would sit in the lot for 60 days before they would look at it because we didn't purchase the warranty.
