Very professional and stays in touch throughout the entire process and even called to check in a week later making sure everything was working great. If you need help getting a new vehicle ask for Juan ! He is very professional and very nice and helpful, he help my husband get the vehicle he wanted he had a lot of patience for us! I just got my new car and Derrick was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the switch as smooth as possible. He made sure to program everything for me in the new vehicle before I left. Jack Slater was great to work with, super knowledgeable and professional! He made the buying process super easy and painless. Balise Honda isn't charging over MSRP like a lot of other dealerships in this area, however they do add a mandatory New England Package onto all their vehicles. It is pretty good package (paint protection film, window tint, and wheel locks) but I do wish it was optional. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a Honda to see Jack.
