Good experience. Salesman Dennis made my experience a positive one, went out of his way to help me and was full of information. No dealerships are negotiating on price much, final sales prices are still too high in the end of 2022. Customer service in the sales department is positive. The atmosphere here is friendly, calm, no pressure, laid back dealership. I will be back in the future, and ask for Dennis, he's a good guy. It is "Home of the nice guys".

We had a wonderful experience working with the guys over at Avalon Honda. Bill Smith made the car buying process easy and fun. Any and all questions we had, he did not hesitate to answer. I even had to bring a 5 month old along for the process and no one made me feel out of place. Bill went above and beyond getting us into the car we wanted. Incredible experience. I purchased my vehicle in Summer 2020 and they were amazing. I returned in Spring of this year after I was unfortunately in an automobile accident. What an amazing job they did on my vehicle. Looks brand new! An accident is stressful on it's own, but then the hassles with the insurance company and the repairs! ugh! Joe DiMonte and his team were so professional and handled all of the insurance side. I was provided with timely and professional updates on my car's repairs, and the work was done on time - and again looked amazing!!! I will definitely be back to Avalon Honda - I have had such a wonderful experience as a customer. And I cannot thank Joe, Rob, and the rest of the team enough for how well they took care of us (me and my car) after my accident!

We were very pleased with our experience at Avalon Honda. Bill Smith was exceptionally helpful and informative. At no time did he make us feel pressured to make choices that we weren't ready to make. He gave us all the facts and patiently explained all our options. He also helped us greatly by setting up some of the technology and didn't let us leave the lot until he knew we were comfortable with our new hybrid CR-V.
