Our service representative, Brad Skinner, was wonderful. He handled our appointment promptly and actually got us out on the street much quicker than expected. A great improvement from the last couple of appointments. In the past we were usually very satisfied until our last two appointments when we were left parked in the yard for an hour to an hour and a half before bringing us in for an oil change and tire rotation. Happy to see that things are getting back to the way they used to be. Again, thank you so much Brad Skinner for making our appointment an enjoyable one. Great work!

This is a great dealership. I called 15 dealers looking for the Ridgeline we wanted. This is the only one from Tennessee to Georgia to South Carolina that did not upcharge for the truck. Some dealers were at $6,000 over MSRP (Cookeville Honda) and other as low as $1,000. The experience was extremely smooth and quick. Ed Pernick was our salesman and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Absolutely no pressure! He even sent us a quote by email that stood when we arrived at the dealership. No hidden costs or fees!!! He said Autonation has decided as a company not to upcharge for new vehicles during this time of shortages!!! Wow, how unusual in these days of supply line issues! If you are looking for a new Honda this is the dealership to buy from!!! Ed has called to check for problems and to answer any and all questions we have on this high tech truck. Great service and follow up!

To be honest this is one of the best Honda dealerships I have been to (and I've been to quite a few!). My wife and I were driving from Virginia to visit family outside Nashville. After driving for almost 7 hours we heard a scrapping sound and immediately got off the highway. I noticed something scrapping the ground (skid plate) and stopped by a store to get some duct tape to temporarily keep it in place (classy, I know). After driving to the AutoNation I talked to David about the issue we were having and told him we were from out of town. Even though they would be closing close to an hour he said they would take a look at the car. My wife and I waited in the air conditioned waiting room and David came to get me and had me follow him back to the shop. My car was raised up and I talked to David and Clayton about the issue. They pointed everything out, how there was a transmission fluid leak, and the fluid pooled up a little which caused minor deformation of the plastic which in turn caused the skid plate to come off. Clayton was able to look at the drain screw, grab the right size socket, and tightened it to stop the leak (luckily that's all it was!). David and Clayton said they would clean up the leaked fluid and replace the damaged parts and get me on my way. Both David and Clayton were very easy to work with and I appreciate their honesty and willingness to quickly repair our car so we could finish the remaining leg of our trip (just under 3 hours). I also appreciate the fact they did not charge a diagnostic fee since the issue was clear with the skid plate being loose and missing screws. If I lived near Knoxville this would be the Honda dealership I would go to!

The dealership was clean and had a good layout. Our salesman, Brian Patrick, took great care of us. He was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to get us all the info we wanted so we could make our purchase. Highly recommend working with this gentleman for your vehicle purchase.

Overall, the experience was good. Brandon was great. He gave us all the needed information and made the buying process easy. We did have to wait for a service to be completed since we bought a used vehicle the day after it arrived. That took 5 days. Other than the wait for our vehicle, everything went really smooth and we had a good experience.

Michael T., the acquisition specialist, was super great!! He was very friendly and not pushy at all. We just sold our vehicle to Auto Nation and did not purchase from them. Michael never pressured us to buy from them. He appraised my vehicle and had me a check WITHIN 1 HOUR!!! I definitely recommend AutoNation, and Michael, if you are thinking about selling your vehicle! Go check them out!

We bought our car on labor day , everyone there was extremely nice Brandon Bennett our sales Rep. was very helpful and professional. after test driving the car we noticed something wrong with windshield wipers were not working right so since service dept was closed they ask could we bring car back in a few days I did I drove 80 miles one way they said they couldn't get to me but would mail me the part . mind you this is week after labor day today is Oct. 20 2022 i have called numerous times each time i am told they will mail part or order and ship to my home . I know it takes time to get parts in but Auto Zone has it . just saying Auto Nation needs to stand behind their word. i was always taught you are only as good as your word.
