I have been here for over two and a half hours, just to get a tire change. This is after sitting here for over two and a half hours on Saturday just to be told they didn’t have my tire in stock…. You’d think that since I spent so much time on Saturday waiting for nothing that they would get on my car right as soon as my appointment time hits….. but it took them two hours just to get my car up on the rack. Terribly slow company that doesn’t care about your time. And it’s not like they have a shuttle available like every other car dealership on the planet. If you value your time do not buy a car or have it serviced here. You will highly regret it. I understand dealerships are slower than other places by nature. But auto nation Honda of Tucson takes it to a new level.
My experience with this dealership has been excellent. From the sales person who found the right used car for me to the service personnel and every other employee I spoke with, everyone was professional, friendly, patient with all of my questions, helpful, and respectful. No one was the least bit pushy. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and I felt good about giving them my business. I look forward to having my car serviced there as well, as I know it will also be a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership.
I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from autonation and finally found my gem. It’s always a pleasure working with Alison and we were able to get everything wrapped up quickly even with the vehicle coming from Scottsdale. This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle online. This purchase was sight unseen, without ever even sitting in a CR-V or kicking the tires. We previously owned a 2000 Odyssey so I had confidence in the brand and I liked what I saw on the road. The e-mail price quoting process went very smoothly and I was comfortable with the pricing. I placed a reservation deposit on the vehicle on 01/25/2022 and took delivery on 05/23/2022. In the four months the only time I had communication with my Sales Consultant regarding delivery updates was when I contacted him every three or four weeks. I think that communication could have been a little better. About three months prior to taking delivery we found a YouTube video detailing all of the functions and aspects of the vehicle so we had a pretty good idea of what to expect when we first sat in the vehicle. The Sales Consultant did not spend a lot of time orienting us to the vehicle which was really fine with us as we had a pretty good idea of what to expect, but he did ask us if we had any questions. In any event I do consider this to be a successful transaction of which I am happy I waited out the four months.
Purchasing a vehicle is not a small purchase, it a necessity and its hard working money. I was satisfied with my salesman Jose as he did keep in touch with me until vehicle arrived at dealership. Just like everyone else, we are trying to get the best deal possible. I went to your AutoNation Honda Tucson Auto Mall dealership3-4 times during my car shopping and I really felt treated like a number, definitely not good customer service at all. I was undecided between Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, and believe me Precision Toyota almost got my business because of their customer service and explanation of what features and benefits the vehicle has. I chose Honda because of my preference and self search I did, but definitely not because of the customer service experience. Making a customer feel great with the huge, important purchase they just made and assuring customer how good of a decision they made by purchasing your product with them would have made a big difference. When sent to the person that took my full cash payment, what I just mentioned would also have been great instead of just trying to sell you an additional up to $10,000 additional warranty. I truly regret giving my business to Auto Nation Honda, when I could have easily gone somewhere else for what I am sure could have been a better overall experience.

Went in for an oil change and a couple other issues and the person that helped me, John, was great! He was very clear about what they would be doing to fix my car and what costs I might have. He was upfront about the fact that my warranty might not cover certain issues but said he would still try to get them covered for me. Whatever he did worked and my bill was completely covered except for the oil change. Great communication and service!
We had a very straightforward experience buying out 2022 Honda Pilot at this dealership. The process to buy the car was fast and easy, and this included trading in 2 vehicles! We got a fair price and transparency from the dealership. Very friendly employees from the General Manager, to the salespeople to the finance person. I highly recommend this dealership.
