Purchased a 2017 Nissan 370Z on 7/25/22. Kyle was the salesman he was the only good thing. Went to Financing and the guy just kept pushing for us to purchase warranty. He entered all mailing information for my address & zip code incorrect. We have called the dealership 35 - 40 times due to us not receiving payment book so we can make our payment on time & left message to call us. No one had ever called us back to tell us what bank lender was used for the loan. Called again today 9/13/22 spoke to Marcos. He directed our call to Peter Kramer. Very rude and unprofessional man. Asked him what the name of the bank was and a phone number so we can get this taken care of. He said 3 different names for bank didn’t know a phone number. He did not even try to help us. I had to figure out and find everything on my own. Me & my Family will never purchase anything from them ever again. They have the worst customer service that I have ever had. It’s like you buy the vehicle from them and your on your own they do not care about their customers.I do not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

He took exactly an hour to do my oil change and tire rotation, which is how long he predicted it would take when I first got there. Initial meeting with the sales representative was very good. Lisa was very knowledgeable and professional. Peter was very helpful as well. As the transaction progressed, things became much more tedious and drawn out. The time spent sitting and staring at the wall was far more than should be expected with today's technology. Rodney did his best to get us out of the dealership quickly and was helpful in providing information on service and warranty options. The vehicle was not as clean as I would expect when delivered and there was absolutely no training or guidance on any of the systems or particulars of the truck. Simply a hand-off of the keys and "have a nice day". The gift of air fresheners was a bit cheesy. I would suggest nothing at all in lieu of something so insignificant. I am hoping the service department provides a better experience moving forward.
