Excellent experience with the purchase of a 2019 CPO 740xi. It could of been a very complex transaction since I purchased sight unseen from New Jersey. Brett was awesome, he sent videos and answered all my questions and quickly reached a price and held the car with my deposit. I flew out a week and half later, and everything was ready to go and the vehicle looked just a good in person with zero surprises. The finance person helped me extend the factory BMW warranty an additional 2 years and the “Genius” walked me though the initial setup. The BMW connected app is amazing and allows 365 recorded remote images. I drove the car back home over a few days almost 1k miles and zero problems. There is no doubt the vehicle was engineered for the German Autobahn. I would highly recommend Autohaus of St. Louis, very happy customer.

When I came in to get our car, Larry (the Product Genius 😀) was so great. He showed me so many things about my new car and got me all set up with keys, Bluetooth, etc. He’s amazing and so personable! Heather in Finance was so helpful and friendly. She walked me through the process in an informative way and answered any questions I had. The buying experience was straightforward with no pressure tactics. Our sales rep, Brett Harness, was friendly and kept us informed throughout the deal. Overall, the time invested was about 2 hours, including the test drive, appraisal, and financing. The dealership took care of two minor blemishes on the vehicle without any hassle. The store is clean and hospitality is great. I'd be happy to return for a future purchase.

I ordered an X5 from the factory to get exactly what I wanted. My associate, Jens Petermann was professional, attentive and patient helping me understand my options. After ordering the car, he kept me updated on delivery schedule and responded to my texts instantly, no matter what time. The finance folks, both Steve and Heather, were no-pressure folks introducing warranty and maintenance options, helping me narrow thing down to a perfect fit. The tech expert (Deanna?) was extremely patient and knowledgeable explaining all the technology of the car thoroughly. Autohaus provided a first-class experience, as you would want when buying a luxury car.

Unfortunately, we had to buy 2 new Cars within the same month 2 different dealers if BMW had a truck we would be golden! It is amazing how different the experience can be. Auto Haus is truly flawless & over the top! Kyle Rowland who referred us was so helpful in the beginning getting me knowledge and talking me into the purchase our new X3 it makes me happy to know someone like him will be in charge of servicing my car. The process was stress free and pleasant. Bradley Mares was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Just when you think things can’t get any better we meet Deanna (BMW Genius) who is not only just the nicest person ever but stays late just to show me everything my car can do.

My last vehicle was a BMW and I LOVED it! I didn't purchase it from Autohaus but I had it serviced by them and my experience was CLASS A! The absolute BEST and the most impressive level of professionalism I've ever experienced by a car dealership. I can't remember her name, maybe Kathy, but she was so awesome to work with....I felt like we were friends! They had my car for a few days and she gave me constant reports as to what was going on. I seriously felt like me and my car were their top priority! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your BMW serviced at Autohaus!

Chris Clem has been my service contact for years. He is the ultimate professional. He explains all work BMW will do and why. He informs me of any costs I need to pay. He always gets me a loaner car, which is a privilege and makes doing business with BMW easier. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I buy BMWs because they are great cars and are backed by great dealers.
