I recently went in to buy a car & honestly had the best experience of my life! I met with Big Mac and he was super nice & welcoming. Didn’t make me feel like I was talking to your “typical cars salesman” it was so awesome & comfortable. My bank wouldn’t let me take out my full loan and he let me take out as much as the bank would allow and then come back the next day with the rest which I couldn’t of appreciated more. While I came back to pay the rest I ran into a mechanic, Shane who took the time out of his day to take an extra look at my car and make sure everything was okay and in order. I couldn’t explain how appreciated I was & I tried paying him for his time but wouldn’t accept and said he was already getting paid. Such an amazing experience I’ve definitely found my car & mechanic men for life!

I went to six dealerships before coming here and I wish I didn’t waste any other time on those other dealerships. Steve G assisted me in this process after I told my other car to an accident. He was the most polite and respectful car salesman I’ve ever met. He was patient with me the entire time through this process. He took his time to even simplify how to lease a car if I wanted to. He even walked in the rain with me without an umbrella to check out cars. This was the first dealership I’ve felt respected at and I’m very happy with my new 2022 Acura ILX! P.s. I had 1,000 miles left on my warranty. I called, and the person who answered was polite and professional. Setting up an appointment was easy. Mark was the service manager. He fixed the issue, and found a few more that were covered. He called me and kept me updated. Great place!

Save your time, gas, & money! They've fraudulent & deceptive! Scott was MOST impatient & mean sales person ever. Scott & Adam the finance manager didn't want to answer any ques, they just want you to buy the car w/o negotiating any of their ridiculous fees. I questioned the fees & they got highly upset, & told me they were losing money and they're not just going to give me a car, they're unprofessional & rude! They're scammers & will definitely mark the price of the car up 3,000 or more extra. They also told me that they don't take pre-approval letters & I was already pre-approved with a better interest rate through my credit union. In addition to the sticker price, they have a random Acura charge of $2,000, a LoJack fee of $650, & a used car random recondition fee of $1000. And they'll low-ball you on your trade! If you're a consumer whose educated, go to a more honest & respectful dealership! I've never in my life been treated so rudely! I hope their cars never sale!

How disappointing experience !!!!! I only give them one star just to be able to write this otherwise I would give them zero !!!!!! We made an appointment on Monday to see a BMW car on Saturday which was advertised on the CarGurus website. I was very excited and ready to purchased this car and how disappointed I was after I got there. I have never experienced anything like this before!!!! The car was dirty on the outside and inside and had over 1000 miles more than was advertised for . There were coffee spills all over the car and had some change left in the door pockets. I noticed that because they were making noise when I took the car for a test drive. In addition the dash board was showing the warning for an oil change. Someone who works there was actually using this car for his commute to work. I asked why this car is so dirty and not ready for sale ? The salesmen said this car is outside and it is dusty there. I was speechless !!! The car drive was nice but that was the only decent part of this experience. After the test drive we sat down to do the deal. We asked for the final price on it. We were hoping for at least some money down due to car not being anything like was advertised and to our surprise the final price ended up being $7,000 more and the salesman and his manager did not want to give us $1.00 less. The car had hidden extra costs for things which they said were already installed. I have never heard about such a thing!!! Looks to me they want you to get there and scam you! This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. If you are looking to buy a car in the near future do not waist your time going to this dealership. At this rate I don’t see them being in business that much longer.

Chris Clark of Arlington Acura in Palatine is a service advisor Rock Star! He is very knowledgeable and has great patience when explaining what work is needed on the car. He is also very helpful and engaging in doing the “little things” like replacing wiper blades and checking tire pressure. He is a great reason to go back to this dealership for anything Acura related.
